Yes, a few times.
1884 -- reaching waaaay back to the American Association, Philadelphia's Al Atkinson no-hit the Pittsburgh Alleghenys on May 24, and Columbus' Ed Morris did it again days later on May 29.
1885 -- Chicago's John Clarkson on July 27 and Philadelphia's Charlie Ferguson on August 29 sit down the Providence Grays.
1898 -- Baltimore's Jim Hughes on April 22 and Philadelphia's Frank Donahue on July 8 shame the Boston Beaneaters (Braves).
1917 -- Ernie Koob and Bob Groom of the St. Louis Browns no-hit the eventual World Series champion Chicago White Sox on consecutive days, May 5-6 (the second, the back end of a Sunday doubleheader). Not a proud weekend for Jackson & Co.
1923 -- NY's Sam Jones sits down the Philadelphia Athletics on September 4, and Boston's Howard Ehmke does the same on September 7.
1960 -- Milwaukee's Lew Burdette on August 18 and Warren Spahn on September 16 sit the Phillies.
1965 -- Cincinnati's Jim Maloney no-hits the Cubs on August 19 (first game) though it takes ten innings, and LA's Sandy Koufax is perfect against Chicago on September 9. (Wanna listen to Scully's call of the ninth? Here ya go: http://www.doubledogmusic.com/baseball/Scully_Koufax_Perfect.mp3 )
1967 -- Baltimore's Steve Barber and Stu Miller combine to no-hit the Tigers on April 30 (first game), and the Kitties also go down hitless against Chicago's Joel Horlen on September 10.
1971 -- Chicago's Ken Holtzman blanks the defending NL champion Cincinnati Reds on June 3. Not three weeks later, Philadelphia's Rick Wise has his legendary no-hit, two home run game on June 23 against the same Reds.
1973 -- the Tigers again do the double, flailing against Kansas City's Steve Busby on April 27 and falling victim to the incomparable Nolan Ryan on July 15 (his second of the season and of his career).
1977 -- Cleveland's Dennis Eckersley on May 30 and Texas' Bert Blyleven on September 22 blank the California Angels. (Once Bert gets his rightful plaque in Cooperstown, this will become the only "twice by HOFers in one season" performance. C'mon already, BBWAA!)
1996 -- the still-young Rockies franchise falls to Florida's Al Leiter on May 11 and LA's Hideo Nomo on September 17 (this one at hitter's paradise Coors Field).
2001 -- San Diego flails in vain against Florida's AJ Burnett on May 12 and St. Louis' Bud Smith on September 3.
