We have saved up a lot of money in hopes of buying a house out of foreclosure (with cash). If we did this we would save $750/month and have a yard for our dogs. It will cost 2k to make the house livable.

If we didn't buy the house, I could pay off 3k in credit cards.. take all of my dogs to the vet (they're almost due).. take a vacation to Egypt.. and most of all.. I need a car!! I have been car less for 6 months. I also need to see an optometrist soon for more contacts.

What would you do?

A family member would like to buy my used laptop. My only concern with this is that in the past, I have browsed adult websites (no downloading or anything like that). I would prefer they not uncover this fact!

Im thinking about applying at American Eagle for a job after the new year, Im gonna be able to work there during the weekdays because i have another job that im going to maintain during the weekends. It becomes clear with every passing year that both sides are willing and unable to come to a final peace agreement.

So why even bother?

For those huffing and puffing about the Palestinians it will not be a problem if done properly.
Those that do not wish to live in Israel will be given compensation to immigrate to any nation that will take them.
Those that wish to stay will be given permanent residency status with the opinion to apply for citizenship (just like Arabs of Jerusalem)
Those that wish to continue the violence will be deported to Gaza where they can have their Islamic state.

It would be nice if the Palestinians could have a state in the West Bank, but no one has really wanted it in the last 60 years. So why prolong the suffering of both sides and just drop the idea all together.

I guess I should rephrase my question and here it is:

How the hell do I make sure whatever the recruiter says about the benefits is actually true and if it isnt true then I get them. That is, how can I have him held responsible for what he says.

Meeting face to face doesnt give me physical evidence, by email he wont respond. Taping a phone conversation is illegal. Any ideas? I dont want to get screwed over.

The Mexican President shows disappointment in the way the U.S. treats its illegal immigrants and continues to encourage better treatment of said illegals.

Who does this arrogant MOFO think he is asking for the citizens and it's government. They are citizens of Mexico, not the U.S., what right does he have to ask for special treatment?

If he is concerned about the welfare and treatment of his people, then why in the hell are they fleeing to begin with? Obviously there is gross negligence somewhere in that deck of cards.

Or, if he's so concerned about the welfare of mexican citizens why doesn't he do a "recall" of some sorts? "If you're not happy in the U.S. come back to a country that doesn't care for you to begin with."

What a pompous ***!!!

My husband and I will be separating in 3-4 months, right after I give birth to our son. We have been together for 10 years, married 1. I believe he has cheated on me and he even says he wants some freedom. I will move 3 hours away and we are going to see what happens. We're currently attending counseling but still think we need to separate to figure out what we each really want. Any success stories of separation out there?

I know that we get water in various ways - other drinks, fruits, vegetables, etc. But what would happen to your body long term if you don't drink enough pure water every day? I know that you could end up dehydrated, but what about other organ systems? Could you do irreversible damage to your liver or kidneys?
