Used Car WashSoap Concentrated Full Strength on Car, without Rinsing! How do i remove Resulting white Blot?

A trick we use on pine tar, or sticky surface gunk is Charcoal lighter fluid. It will desolve most things without hurting the paint or clear coat. Just wet a soft cloth and soak the blob. Let it set a bit and rub off. It may take a few trys, but you should see right away if it will desolve the soap. Wash the area after you remove the blob to get all the residue off.
