which is better? relgion or philosophy?
i personally have little preference, only feeling that churches,mosques,temples - should preach philosophy too and encourage free thought.

When an employer worked for us from June 2002 till the mid of April 2007, and now we have to issue a letter certifying how long did he work for us, what's the correct grammar to use now that we are in September 2007:

Do I say "Mr X worked for our company from June 2002 to April 2007", or is it more correct to say "Mr X had worked for our company from June 2002 to April 2007" ?

I have no clue what is up with him. He is 0-6 with an ERA over 8 in his last 7 starts. That is not the Bonderman I know and love.

He needs to go like at least 6 decent innings to give My Boys a chance to win. This bleeding has to stop NOW!

Can anybody help me to find information about team effectiveness in virgin group, It is hard to find. i have searched about 4 or 5 hours not much fit. I am an international student in australia i need to do the assignment, i am very nervous about it.

The system shoots a beam of energy that makes people feel they are about to catch fire. It neither kills nor maims, but the Pentagon has refused to deploy it out of concern that the weapon itself might be seen as a torture device.

How I see it is, that with intent torture, the person who is being tortured is detained and held against his will so they can not leave. WIth the ray gun its deployed in an open area and anyone in the area not wanting to be exposed can leave the area, Unlike torture where they are held captive.

Hi,
I have bought a new system Intel Pentium 4 Processor 3.0 GHz with Intel 945 chipset. I have installed a 80 GB Sata HDD and a 60 GB Pata(IDE) HDD on the IDE port. The problem i m facing is after working for 20 to 30 minutes my system freezes. Could any 1 please tell me what could be the solution to my problem?

Cable television has hit an all-time low. 400 channels of nothing to watch for $50/month (I dumped the pay channels). I'm tired of flipping. There are channels I've never even stopped at. The pay channels – same movies month after month (Star Wars).

If you had the option, would you like to pick and choose what channels you actually get and don't get? The cable company would would supply 1/2 (100) of the channles they think are important and you got to chose the other 1/2 (100 of your own). Your flat-rate bill would be $25.00 for 200 channels (more if you had pay channels).

You would no longer pay for and have to suffer through 400 worthless channels. Only 200.

It was the livestrong challenge in philly. The course had a good bit of hills. My monitor seemed to be keeping time and mileage accurately. This just seems high but I have never gone quite this long so not sure if its normal.
