Wikipedia provides the formulae to get these dimensions given the diamter and pitch, which you have (see reference).

60MM outside diameter
2MM pitch
MM times .03937 = inches
inches divided by .03937 = MM
With the above link in previous answer you should be able to get your size.
Machinist Handbook has them but I have mine at work.
