Hi, just want to know what you think about my daughters bed time. She is now 10 monhts old and she's been going to bed when we go since I can remember (she sleeps in her own bed). Because my boyfirend usualy gets home around 9 pm we all usualy stay up until midnight and she's up with us. The good thing is that she sleeps trhu the night and usualy for 10 - 12 hours a night which is great, because then in the morning I have time to do whatever I need before she's up. It's really working for us this way now and I think that when she goes to creche (probably after she's a year old) she will just change her routine as she will have to wake up early so she will be tired earlier and hopefuly go to bed around 8 pm or so. Do you think that's it's ok for her to be up late with us, it's not like we are keeping her up, she wouldn't sleep before 10.30 pm,we tried. Thanks Klara

I am trying to terminate my lease. It's either terminated my lease or pay rent late for 4 months. If anyone has successfully terminated their lease can you please answer these questions.

1. Did they landlord report to your credit or file a judgment against you?
2. Were you responsible for the rest of the months left on the lease?
3. It's my understanding that the landlord has to exercise a reasonable amount of time to find someone to replace me. How long is reasonable time? I have 6 months left on my lease. I want to leave by Nov.1

Also the landlord isn't responding to my letters or messages regarding this. I know she got the letter b/c I put it in my Augusts' rent envelope. The last letter I left last Thursday

he was riding in the back seat of a friends car to a wedding party..when an officer pulled the car over for speeding...62 mph in a 60 mph..limit zone.(go figure..DPS)..the person driving did have som marajona in (her pocket, less than a quater of an ounce) witch she volentaty gave up when asked if she had any drugs on her..she was arrested on the spot..well my son is druge free he has inlisted into the Navy wich he has awated all yr. the DPS Officer asked him to step out of the car, proceading to ask him if he had any drugs on him...he said no..witch the officer said he was a lier.and stated that he was in the car with someone who had drugs and he was charged with a paraphernalia drug charge..( witch he didn't have nothen in his posession..not even a cigerette...) he told the officer he didn't have any thing and stated that he was going to the Navy to serve his country...witch the officer replied ( your not now) ....the qustion is can he be charged, and do I hire a Lawer...??

My dog is getting spayed as I write. The vet told me this morning that she will be going home with the lampshade collar and she has to wear it for 10 days until the stitches are removed. I can't see my dog willingly wearing this. Has anyone dealt with this before and have any advice?

we have a toshiba Laptop A135 S2266 model using Windows Vista OS. The keyborad is not functioning but when put in a external keyboard it works.
