I feel sorry for the person who wrote this. Although it is written as a joke, probably with friends there to laugh about it with there are some issues that this person has that are shining through in the post.
Firstly the original question that was going to be posted was "Why is it so hard to be good looking?" and this is how this individual feels inside, afraid of rejection and of being able to attract a suitable mate.
The post is then overwhelmed either by the individual's embarrassment at asking such a question or maybe by the introduction of another person into the room who could maybe make fun of the original poster for his insecurities.
The line "I have no problems with girls" may seen to be positive (although it doesn't seem to be said by someone that is infact confident with women) but it is in fact very negative. By using saying "no problems" instead of saying "I get on great with girls or girls love me" it is a negative attitude towards the statement.
Skipping a little bit and saying "I can take any woman I want" shows that this person objectifies women which is a side effect of watching too many adult movies and not having enough physical interaction with the opposite sex (I am not saying that this is definately what's happening with any of this, there isn't much information to go on but these are my best guesses)
Also on a final note to the best of my knowledge I have never known someone that was smooth saying "I am just that smooth" it's like calling yourself cool. If your cool you don't need to tell people, your cool-ness is obvious!
