how to solve cubic equation of the form:
ax^3+bx^2+cx+d=0 ?

is there any fixed formula that can be used to solve ANY cubic equation?

wearing Niqab in public? Also if you live in a Muslim community do your brothers and sisters support you in your decision or do they act like the Non Muslims and shun you? I'm asking because I am seriously considered buying and wearing Niqab and overhead Abaya Insha ALLAH sometime in September and would just like you're help and commets on this. My husband has said I don't need to wear it here in USA because he fears for my safety if we're outside if I decide to start wearing the Niqab and overhead Abaya. But I am thinking of doing it anyway for ALLAH(SWT) and because I believe it is fard on every Muslim woman since the wives of the Prophet(PBUH*) wore them. Shokran for enta/enti help.

He says it was his Catholic up bringing and guilt over leaving the kids that drove him to this decision. She had an affair, actually two in the time they were married...this is why they split. She still calls him all of the time over personal issues, not concerning the children. I think understandably I feel insecure about it. He won't cut the tie. I know that I shouldn't have married him, but I believed him when he said that he didn't love her, it was just because of the kids. What do I do? I know I was stupid, so you don't have to tell me this...I know it. It is making me ver up set!!!

This morning was a normal morning ..I let our dog outside in our fenced in back yard and heard a noise against the house a bit after looked out and my dog(who is very sweet and gentle dog) was tossing my neighbors cat around like a rag doll..the cat ended up dieing a very short time there after.......... I am at a loss of what to do now???????? Im just stunned and very upset by what has happened.

The IL governor has declared my county a disaster area due to the recent rain and flooding. I have homeowners insurance, but ofcourse I dont have flood insurance, as I am not located in a flood plain. I did take in 2 feet of water and sewage back up, and I had probably $10,000 worth of appliances in my basement that took water and some are either totally broken or they are not working right. When in a declared disaster area, does the state offer grants to help under insured citizens, or does the state offer grants to the local city govt only, to assist in clean up efforts, etc.? Anyone know how that works and can you provide resources to me to find out more information? Thanks!!

I'm from California, my boyfriend works around the Sacramento area, I'm concerned about his work, latley it's been making him really depressed and I don't think it's legal for him to work soo much hours, he's only 19... his daily schedule has gone worse in this past month, he works from 5:30 am to 6 Pm and again that night at 8:30 pm to 3 Am, then goes back to work from 5:30 am and continues the schedule.
He's on salary for $1,800 a month, but I don't think that's legal it's wayy to much work for anyone, regardless of age. I have a funny feeling his boss just put him on salary so he can work extended hours with no overtime and just have the same limited amount of money. is it legal?
