Is it common for estate agents to ask for 6 months commercial rent deposit in Central London?

I know the normal deposit is for 3 months, but is it different in Central London?

Maybe .. different Agents have different 'rules' for different customers (if they think you are likely to go bust they might even ask for year in advance ..)
