The guy upthread is right about Galactus being older than the universe. But, it's never really stated how old the Celestials are. Being Kirby's idea, they probably come from 'outside time' or something crazy. It's hard to say.
But, the Watchers are definitely the youngest.

I was about 13 or 14 when I started watching. 16 now. I don't feel that I'm not happy, since I am their age I can still imagine :3 I don't do that though. It makes me feel bad that something awesome like a harem situation would never happen. I don't watch anime as much as I used to around the end of last year and the start of this year but I'll probably continue like this for a while before starting to seriously watch anime again

Galactus : according to his origin, he was actually a mortal being from the universe that preceded ours. He was investigating the collapsing of his universe and was sucked into the singularity that became the new, our, universe and was re-born as Galactus. So he is actually older than the universe.

The watchers were around billions of years ago. Galactus was only born around a billion years ago. Celestial came after.
