12 million isn't that much money after all, she was a billionaire.
who ever is the caregiver of the dog will also benefit but the inheritance taxes will only be paid one time..... it's also about not getting stuck with wasting earned money to pay off taxes.
2 out of 4 grandkids were left an inheritance.
U forgot to mention that fact.
maybe 2 of those kids are worthless trash.
obviously it was her money and i feel she should do whatever she liked with it.

What will happen to the money after the dog dies? Because let's face it, teh dog cannot spend this money in a lifetime. I think she only did this to ensure that whoever gets the money will be obliged to look after the dog. I am thinking of putting a term in my will saying that whoever inherits my house will also have to keep my cats in it for as long as they live. Just in case my husband and I die together and the cats are left orphan!

y didnt she leave it to a recuse she could have helped a lot of dogs

She DID leave quite a bit of money to her own charitable foundation to be used for donations.
MY big question is, Do you think one of us could adopt this little dog?? (And his trust fund??)

That is stupid when there are Homeless people and Hungry people... and leaving all that to a "Dog" when it could have been used way better than that.
