I handed in a resume to a store about 2 weeks ago with my friend. They just called her right now, and she asked if they'd call me too. The lady said 'oh, shes up next'. But coincidentally my phone was off, so my friend called me and told me to turn it on immediately. It's been 30 minutes, and I haven't heard from them. I want to call them, but what am I supposed to say? Any help is appreciated.

Did you know that there is a new type of breast cancer that is called Inflammatory Breast Cancer (IBC)?? This is a type of breast cancer that's found without a lump, but the most classic symptoms are: rapid increase in breast size, reddness, skin hot to the touch, persistant itching, and thickening of breast tissue. If you have any of these symptoms PLEASE visit your doctor immediately! Most physicians have never had a patient with this type of cancer, but I was just e-mailed a video clip about 5 women who had it and were told that it was probably a mosquito bite. One girl was 16 and had it and she died. She was too embarrassed to tell her mom that her breast looked "funny". If any of you would like to see that clip, please let me know and I will e-mail it to you. Women everywhere need to be alerted to this info.

Ok so I know many of you are back to school in the US...wow...it's weird to think of back to school in August somehow...how was your last week before school spent too?

Mine, I still haven't unpacked thier school bags from JUNE....gosh I hope they left no food in there or it's zip and into the garbage...LOL Hope to catch one day of the air show/beachfest concert.

once I start another job? I have type 2 diabetes and am hypothyroid if that makes a difference. I know there will be a 3 month waiting period as well as possible more time for pre-existing conditions but I can't afford the Cobra payments of $400 per month during that waiting period. What can I do? I may be able to deal with 3 months as long as I can pick it up again with another job.

People say they report to "save the younger ones from seeing this adult content." I understand stuff like what $mitty or Skinhead Charlie says is inappropriate, but when I was 13 or 14, I know all we did was joke about sex and sexual related things! Do they really think they're protecting those kids from anything they don't hear about/talk about all the time?

We have a westie puppy who is now 16 weeks old and he is clearly the runt of the litter. I feel a little cheated as we would never have chosen a runt. Here is what happened: the breeder lives far from us and he was to be in our area coincidently when we were going to choose a puppy. He offered to meet us at a convenient place w/ the male dogs he had left (we wanted a male) The next day he showed up w/ 1 puppy and said the other had sold the night before. The puupy ws tiny but what did I know right? My mom and cousin both have westies and this little dog of ours looks like a joke next to them he is so tiny. He is not house training at all, in fact the idiot uses his kennel as a litter box when what I have read over and over a dog inherantly will not soil his den etc. My question is this: are runts known for being unintelligent and are they slow to develop etc. Also do breeders generally sell a runt for the same price as the other pups in a litter? We wouldn't even be able to stud him!

I've got a 1978 Yamaha XS650 I just rebuilt. It runs nice at everything but full throttle, where it seems to start missing or stumbling. Backing off even slightly stops the stumble.

I have the timing and advance set up per the factory manual, and the advance looks like it's working correctly. Points are clean and not pitted, and properly gapped. New plugs.

I did not open the carbs during the rebuild. The bike averages around 50 MPG on my commute to work.

Any suggestions?

I am finishing my undergrad, still looking to go to Grad school and want a job that I could hold through my PHD. I have experiance in Banking and 1:1 behavioral therapy.
