I am working diligently to become a Professor at the university level. What would a job be for me now? I am finishing my undergrad, still looking to go to Grad school and want a job that I could hold through my PHD. I have experiance in Banking and 1:1 behavioral therapy. Let me know what the best route would be :)

Most Psyc. PhD programs do not allow their students to hold a job outside of school. (Of course it depends on the program, but the vast majority are like this.) Usually PhD programs will employ their students as professor's assistants. You should look into that.

Since you are finishing your undergrad you could probably find a job as a behavioral therapist somewhere at like a drug clinic or something. Your choices are limited because a lot of people pursuing psychology have to get at least a masters to get good psych work out there. I would stick with the banking. You'd probably get paid a heck of a lot more than a beginning therapist rate.
