I'm not asking for an Oxford or Merriam-Webster definition. Just opinions.

Things to consider:
Could something sad be considered entertainment, like a sad movie?
Could something that makes you angry be entertainment, such as Ann Coulter or Michael Moore -- whichever agers you; sports?

If you say yes to the above, what about watching the news on 9/11? Would that be "entertainment"?

I'm currently 17 years old. I have a job, good grades and friends at school. However my problem seems to be whenever i'm in a conversation with someone i know i always look at the people straight in the eye, and it makes me think about what they are thinking about me. eg.am i starring at them?, I have a hard time smiling. how ever ironically i am a sales associate at a department store and i have no problem communicating with customers eye to eye. The reason i am asking this question is because my dumb attitude might cost me my job if i keep going like this. For example i am way to serious i try to lighten up but i can't make a joke or make people laugh. I can't even talk to a person and have a good conversation more then once because i'll just end up talking about the same things i talked about before.sometimes i say dumb things just so i say somthing. I know that if i was more humourous there would be alot more ways to continue a conversation, but i just can't think of things to say

Ok, I got tired of sending resumes without sucess. I studied in a expensive school and my dad paid it but I couldn't find a job on what I studied so I recently accepted a job in a drugstore...my dad is a sucessful bussiness man and I don't know if he would understand that I am working on this. He called me and asked me to visit him and I didn't know how to tell him I can't go to his city because I am working...how can I tell him that I am working??? I think he will get very dissapointed.

I am not trying to use this as an insult and I am not joking but from the childish way that Ann Coulter acts toward others and all of the hateful, mean, untrue things she says about other people. When someone points her to be wrong she just changes the subject. Just watching her makes me think that she has some kind of paranoia where she dramatizes things people say about her and she feels like everyone is personally attacking her when she started the attacks in the first place and they are just asking her to stop. For example when Elizabeth Edwards asked her very nicely to stop the hate speech and personal insults Ann immediately blurts out so you want me to stop speaking? What is the matter with her?

by any chance, does anyone know of any 24-hour laundromat's in the huntington beach, westminster, or fountain valley area? i look in the yellow pages but nothing lists hours, and trying to get ahold of someone at the phone number listed is impossible. either no one picks up, or they don't speak english.

if not 24-hours, does anyone know of any that run later the 8:30pm? the latest one i know of has last wash at 8:30, and they kick everyone out at 10 which isn't even enough time to finish folding clothes.

I just began my second year at college. Nowadays, i feel very insecure about my looks and personality. Over the summer, back to home, i was a pretty confident person all around. my step cousin has been calling me upset and in tears, sometimes i cant understand her words. but one thing she makes clear is that she says she want to die, just die. and that she's more likely to die from her own two hands than a car accident or something. I know she's been through some tough times in the past year, but i would have thought she would be over it by now. But seems as if her world is alway gray, she could be happy for a few, then she falls again*out of the blue*. I want to help her, but dont know were to began. I dont even really know whats wrong, because if you as her she would say.

I received a letter on the mail about applying for a credit card, Capital One to be exact (Capital One Visa Platinum Card, so I applied and I got accepted. $300 of credit. My question is how do I build a good credit score since this is my first credit card. Im 18 years old, Going to be a freshmen college student and I also have a checking and savings card from Wells Fargo.

- Im 18 years old.

-Freshmen College Student.

-No Job but stay 100% in school.

-Wells Fargo checking and savings account.

-Never Used a credit card.

-This is my 1st credit card. ($300 credit)

-How to build a good or excellent credit score?

-Can I apply for another one?
