my step cousin has been calling me upset and in tears, sometimes i cant understand her words. but one thing she makes clear is that she says she want to die, just die. and that she's more likely to die from her own two hands than a car accident or something. I know she's been through some tough times in the past year, but i would have thought she would be over it by now. But seems as if her world is alway gray, she could be happy for a few, then she falls again*out of the blue*. I want to help her, but dont know were to began. I dont even really know whats wrong, because if you as her she would say.
''i cant explain, i just feel it''

Hi,
Sounds like she is either overly dramatic or in a depression.
It would be best to talk to someone in the family that you both
trust and see why she feels the way she does. She may need
to see a therapist.

Just be there for her. She is being verbal now and that is one scary thing about suicidal people. Say something positive to her. Take her to a movie or to the mall. When she is telling you that she is crying for help.

Life is challenging at times as it is...she needs to see a counsellor or/and a doctor... talk on the phone to one...if not that...she can email one....chat online about her things.

sweetie, you need to tell your folks and hers. is good that you want to help but it sounds as though she needs a professional. the fact that she just "feels it" is kind of scary.

if she is really depressed and won't talk to you then tell a family member what's going on with her and how concerned you are.
