I am not trying to use this as an insult and I am not joking but from the childish way that Ann Coulter acts toward others and all of the hateful, mean, untrue things she says about other people. When someone points her to be wrong she just changes the subject. Just watching her makes me think that she has some kind of paranoia where she dramatizes things people say about her and she feels like everyone is personally attacking her when she started the attacks in the first place and they are just asking her to stop. For example when Elizabeth Edwards asked her very nicely to stop the hate speech and personal insults Ann immediately blurts out so you want me to stop speaking? What is the matter with her?

Some retort Zombie...using something that you cannot prove to insult me.Just like Coulter. I am not on welfare and I would like to see you prove otherwise. She doesn't "upset" me one bit. She actually makes me laugh because of how idiotic she sounds. I don't mind that she is exercising he free speech. The more she talks the more fans she loses. She can go right on talking.

Aha...liberalism is not a mental disease. What a "mature" argument....at least I can back up what I am saying. You have no evidence.

Jeremy...I know you believe in "good morals. " So why would you promote someone like Ann Coulter who says untrue, mean and cruel things? Such as the 9/11 widows "enjoying their husband's deaths." I thought you would be above such immature mud slinging. Just a thought...

Well that was wrong of John Edwards to continue this argument and call her that but it still does not excuse her from insulting the Edwards about their dead son and calling Edwards a "*****." That kind of speech is rude and mean. She can say what she wants but it did not mean she should have said those things ....the same goes for John Edwards.

Brianne...the reason no one insults liberal speakers is because they don't say such vile, untrue things or use personal attacks against people. After the incident with Elizabeth Edwards 8 news papers canceled Ann's column. There should be a certain amount of professionalism when it comes to politics and she has NONE.

Jeremy I am not attacking her. There is nothing wrong with having a mental disorder. Alot of people have them and they are nothing to be ashamed of. They are in a sense a physical disease...just within the mind. A person with a mental disorder did not do anything wrong to cause it to come on. Mental disorders can easily be treated with medications.

2007-08-26 14:41:19 · update #6

Jeremy again...I am just suggesting that looking at her behavior that she appears to have some type of a mental disorder.

Lancelot...well if she did not start insulting people in the first place and making outlandish statements people would not be fighting back against her. She bought this on herself. She knows the things she says will cause controversy and she should be prepared to deal with it.

Jeremy...was it right for Ann to attack Hilary Clinton on her chubby thighs, call John Edwards a "*****," attack the 9/11 widows, insult gays, liberals and make fun of Monica Lewinsky's chubbiness?

She has a severe case of headupherassness, but other than that, she just seems to show classic signs of having an inferiority complex. Generally speaking, those that are truly confident in themselves and their beliefs don't feel a need to prove themselves. She seems to take every opportunity to express her feelings on several sensitive topics, and to berate the opinions of those that feel differently. I think it's pretty obvious that she only makes herself look bad. Those that already agree with her views will applaud her, but she won't attract any newbies into her coven.

I feel sorry for her, personally, but other than making herself look like an idiot, she's not doing anything wrong, legally speaking.

All her offending aside, what does she have to bring to the table? Nothing. she doesn't discuss the issues. Her points of view are so ill informed that any retard who doesn't read a newspaper and has his head stuck in the sand on the street could have the same views. The woman has a law degree from the University of Michigan but I am beginning to think that she never cracked open a book, never deconstructed a court case and might have had someone else take the tests for her. It's sad. I like strong verbose women but they also have to have intelligence enough to make arguments that are reasoned, logical and well informed. Her's are all emoting 100% of the time. Every time she opens her mouth nothing comes out but belicose rantings. She sounds like she's on the rag 30 days out of the month. Bottom line, she sounds more pathetic than intelligent. And, perhaps her mental disease is the incredible narcissism that she has and her incessent need for attention. Seriously, it is amazing how ignorant this woman is and how many ignorant people are Coultists.

OK, this is classic American Liberalism. I read down the "answers" from the libs, and they cannot complete a simple sentence without calling someone a name. Libs do not seem to have the intelligence required to complete a point, without belittling someone. And this is the party of Love and Tolerance?

Do you want to be taken seriously? Do you ever want to be thought of as an adult? Then stop using terms such as Rush Limpdick, and neander-cons. Bringing someone down to your level does not put you above them.

Here is a little news flash for you, Liberal dems had both houses for over forty years, which caused this mess you see now. They followed Marx-ist Communist teaching to the letter, step by step tearing the fabric of this country apart, so they can mold us into... what? Russia? France? Name me one successful socialist or communist country, or even one that has lasted one full century. Ann Coulter is only trying to communicate this to you, in a language she thinks you'll understand, before it is too late.

Wake up, the libs you defend look down their noses at you, as they step on your back to get ahead of you. Coulter uses the same principles, techniques, and language that her counterparts do. Because it is directed at you, and disagrees with you, it offends you. Read Bill Mahler quotes, but insert "liberal" for every "conservative", and see who needs psychological help.

EDIT// Look at some of the answers, here, there, anywhere a liberal speaks... you'll find one liberal making a point with out name calling, and then you'll see 4 libs calling conservatives retards and neanderthals. If Conservatives are so stupid, then why do Liberals refuse to answer why it was under their watch our economy crashed, and our American way of life has been severely damaged.

Ann Coulter is a very intelligent woman, and a lot of what she says is true. The problem is that from time to time she says something the wrong way or makes a statement that she shouldn't have. Sometimes the problem is not WHAT she says, but HOW she says it.

The nature of your question is quite rude, and it leaves me wondering if, perhaps, you have a mental disorder. I don't know you personally, so for all I know you may.

Perhaps the likelihood that Coultergeist is really a man in drag with a very noticeable Adam's apple.

I'm joking, of course. Seriously, Coultergeist has some serious issues.

I guess because you only see and pay attention to the little sound blurbs, you would assume that.

Ann Coulter has been attacked over and over again because of her Conservative background and her lack of political correctness.

They have been trying to silence Ann for years. How else should she react to them?

EDIT/Response...
Your only focused on the here and now of that statement.
She IS responding. and it IS her RIGHT to do such a thing.
You do not have to listen, nor agree with her, but she DOES have the right to say what she wants to say.
By the way, she did not attack the widows of 9/11 ONLY the few that made it a political issue. She is a political pundit. If the widows decided to jump into that arena, they became fair game. Just because they are widows does not give them the free use of the MIC without criticizing...

On the other hand, was it OK for Edwards to make the statements that they did? Is it OK for them to try to shut down her livelihood because they disagree with her views? The ONLY people and groups that do that are Communist.

No, she IS a mental disease. And her fans have become infected with her venomous poison posing as journalism.

Ann "the Asp" Coulter is a vile and disgusting taint in the realm of political commentary.

She isn't loosing fans, she speaks her mind and people don't like it. She sees right thru the Edwards as she does many and as a political writer she's entitled to her opinion. It's funny how no one has a problem with the more liberal speakers and how they put conservatives down.
