That is a tough one. Flock of Seagulls is probably the most popular but my favorite would be Tainted Love by SOft Cell

A flock of Seagulls had the best hair, Numan had the best synthesizer riff, but the best one hit wonder of the 80s would be 99 luftballoons, cause it actually meant something.

Gary Newman and Tubeway Army....he actually has some quality material in a Kraftwerk-like mode that deserved airplay after Cars.
