After school I'm going to be living at home for 2 1/2 years to 3 years before moving out and plan to save about $30,000 a year dor 3 years..is $85,000 to $90,000 enough to have in your savings before moving out...should I rent or buy?

On January 24th it was announced that a subsidiary of Halliburton KBR was awarded a $385 million contract by the Department of Homeland Security to build detention centers in the US. These centers might be used for immigration, or for disaster relief, or vaguely "...to support the rapid development of new programs."

As early as September of 2002, John Ashcroft discussed internment, even of American citizens who were deemed "enemy combatants" and Peter Kirsanow of the US Civil Rights Commission said that he "could foresee a scenario in which the public would demand internment camps for Arab Americans if Arab terrorists strike again in this country." If there's a future terrorist attack in America "and they come from the same ethnic group that attacked the World Trade Center, you can forget about civil rights."

Anybody knows a good forum that has lots of members with decent knowledge and with fast replies? I'm a member of some forums and somehow they answer my question after a day or so and I barely get any replies which is why I resource to yahoo answers because the replies are much more faster but too many members just don't know what they are talking about.

P.S. a forum with general info about freshwater/saltwater fish/inverts/plants, etc

Ok, I want to understand this, I have the answer but I need to know why we got that answer, if we have a closed loop system with a given transfer function:

G(s) = 10 / (s+11)

What is the steady state output of the system when an input of:

2 cos (2t - 45)

is presented to the system.

the answer I have is 1.79 cos (2t - 55.3)

but isn't in reality we aren't really equal:

we both are different physically, mentally and emotionally.
if we are equal why would i have to open the door for the ladies?
if we are equal why men are more responsible to pay child support?
if we are equal why men are required to sign for the Army after turning 18?
is your father the same as your mother?
will you protect your sister similar like your brother?
and if we are truly equal, then how come no woman become president for the USA until now?

I have been warning my husband for years I was getting fed up and I finally had the guts to leave him 3 years ago, now I want to finalize our divorce and be free to find the old me before all the damage he piled on my psyche... (deep breath) ... ahhh,

...and he stands there all innocent like in my kitchen with his dirty laundry he's wonder'n if I'll do for him while he visits his "bro's" and asks why I wanna go & be mean and divorce a nice guy like him for?
He NEVER heard me while we were married and he's still tuning me out!
I really did pack my bags, I really did clean the floor, I really let him watch me- walkin out the door! I really do want "Jack to hit the road and dont come back no more- & I really do have those boots (the ones that were made for walkin) and one of those days really came and I walked right out on him!
HUH! he won't just go away!

See, there's this girl who I have known for about a year now and we are decent friends who always go on group dates and the like, but for the past few months she's acting pretty strangely. Like one day we can talk and she can be as cold as ice, and then the next day she professes that she loves me and can't keep her hands off me [which I don't mind at all.] Yet whenever i ask just to take her out casually as friends either to a dinner, a movie, or to the beach with just the two of us, she declines, yet she gets extremely pissed and aggressive if she sees me hanging around other girls, even if is meaningless. She has me totally confused since no other girl I've dated has ever turned a date down, and judging by the way she acts around other gals especially, and since she isn't dating anyone, it leads me to believe that maybe is it possible that she is lesbian, or something? Still, when the times for us to return to college, she hides, shuts off communication and refuses to say gbye

Ok, I was at work. Fast food place. We were slow as usual. Very slow. So there was really nothing for me to do. So I was just standing there talkin to a fellow employee. And my manager's girlfriend (both chicks) walks in and instantly says "Justin (me) are you running front (front register)?" I said Yeah. She said "Well what are you doing just standing there? Get out here and clean." And she doesn't even work there. And also, there was 2 other people there just standing around too pretty much, and she didnt say nothing to them, nothing at all. She just was talking to them. Having a conversation while she told me to go n work. Damn I felt like smacking that b*tch.

my roomate decided that he wanted to go home for most of the summer this past may. he was in his first semester of graduate school &was studying to get his MBA. he worked at the local icecream shop across the street &things there werent so rosey from what he was sayin. the owners were pissing him off and he hated his job which was his main p.t. job. He had quit his f.t. job in the financial world las december& was making around 34k with 2 jobs.

One night at dinner he told me he was thinking he was goin to go home for most of the summer. he told me his sistr was goin off to college & it be the last time to reallu spend time with her. i told him that he was running away from his problems. i own my own place and he pays me. we agreed (verbally) to have one payment w/ utilities inc. his stuff stayed in his room while he went home and he came home last weekend. i believe he needs to pay up for the months he missed. i was nice enough 2 drop his rent when he went back2 school
