what matters most too you?

ex: I'm a christian/muslim first rather than a parent/spouse or lawyer/bricklayer? or is it the other way around? All religions are welcome to answer, even atheists. What about free will does it take precedence over religion and faith or not?
This is a serious question. It got me thinking about it when I saw God's Warrior by Christiane Amanpour on CNN.
P.S. I'm not going to pick the best answer. I'll let the community pick it.

I am looking for a plastic surgeon that will accept my medicaid card to perfom a breast reduction. My neck and shoulders pain are getting worst. I have been working out and placed myself on a very strict diet. I have went from 200 pounds to 165 and I am only 5'2". I am still working on that. Medicaid is agreeable on paying for the surgery I just need to find a surgeon that is willing to do it.

I am not anti woman--I am not affilliated with any political party--I am an adult who's been through many former presidents--very few of them who are easily forgetable--and more recent candidates that should be---we need a LEADER who will run this country as it should be--never mind all these campaign empty promises--as we've been getting--past & present--I do believe a woman could run our country,as having a female mayor in my city,whose been our mayor for aprox.10 years--with no tax increases in the past 7 years--incredable!--with the choices we have--i'd sooner put my mayor as a write in!!!

Do you think it's because of Iraq? Every poll seems to indicate that Americans are sick and tired of hearing about Iraq, but Americans usually vote to send more U.S. soldiers to Iraq. I suppose that's because President Bush always says terrorists will come to America if Americans do not sacrifice in Iraq. Do you think he's unpopular because of Iraq, or is it because of something else? I'm sure most liberals think he's a complete idiot, but I need a better reason than that. I listen to talk radio all of the time, and no one in talk radio seems to know exactly why Bush is so unpopular.

My question is this: If a story is told in first person and the person telling it is a thirteen year old kid that typically uses contractions, would it be correct to use contractions in the narrative? I read somewhere that it would be in that instant, but I want some professional opinions. Please state your English experience and what you do if you don't mind, so I will have an idea of your knowledge. If you would rather not, that's fine too.

This is a complex subject, but what do you think are some of the reasons for the crimes.I have no real answers but I have thoughts. 1.Guns can easily be imported in containers 2.Kids can divorce themselves from the reality of their actions due to things like computer games e.g.Grand Theft Auto 3. We began the night with Courage, Odie, & Skittles mini in the ring. Courage starts off by saying, “This Sunday is the beginning of the rest of my career. So far, I have been a no one in this company. I have been Cruiserweight & Canadian Champ, but no one respects me. Tony the Tiger calls me a jobber! Am I that under the radar? Well then, this I’m going to be on the radar. I am going to win the ECW Championship from that despicable Tony the Tiger. And, luckily, my buddies over here are going to back me up.” Kim Jong comes out after that. “Shut up! This is the one time I agree with Tony. You are a jobber! You have no right to pick anything with Tony! Atleast he’s a big name. But you, you are pathetic. The only one here who can have anything with Tony is me. He has disrespected me week after week. He isn’t the supreme leader. The only thing he leads is the list of most overrated wrestlers. But as long as he stays out of my way, we’ll never have anything to fight about. But as for you, it looks like we might have something to fight about. So then, tonight, you & a partner of your choice will take on Myself & Garfield. See you tonight.” He leaves as Courage & is crew stare intensely.
Dave Savill & The Oinkers face The Chipmunks after that. It was a great match. Dave & The Oinkers dominated the whole time. The Oinkerz hit the Bacon to Bits on Simon to get the win. After the match, as they were celebrating, wendy came out and low blowed the Oinkerz. She tried to slap Dave, but ha grabbed her hand. He was then low blowed by Alvin from behind. Simon & Theodore both got bats and beat all of them to a pulp. They then put Dave on a table and got a ladder. Alvin climbed to the top of the ladder and hit a 450 splash. He got a mic and said, “Our match at SSS will be a TLC Match, Dave. See you at SSS.”
The next match had Kim Possible face Cammy in a non-title match. It was a great match. Cammy was dominating the whole match. She was about to get the win, but ron stoppable came in with Kim’s Championship and hit Cammy with it. He got Kim up, who hit a Facebuster on her. Fiona & Erin came out and saved her, as they double teamed Ron. Cammy got up and Fiona held Kim, Cammy tried to hit Kim with the championship, but she dodged and Cammy hit Fiona instead. Kim ran and Cammy chased her without checking on Fiona. We go to break as Fiona is left being checked by medics.
It was a Fatal Fourway after that. It was Billy vs. Banker vs. Ice Cube vs. George Foreman. It was a great match. It was a pretty equal battle all the way through. Ice cube was about to win, as he had Banker in the Icy hand of Death. All of a sudden, from the crowd, came Kool Aid Guy. He picked up ice Cube and gave him the Kool Aid Bottom. The ref ended the match in a draw and talked to Kool. He told him to stop, but he was just given him the Kool Aid Bottom. He did the same to Billy, Banker, & Foreman before leaving them all layed out.
It was main event time as Jong & Garfield faced Courage & a partner of his choice. Jong & Garfield were waiting in the ring when Courage came out alone. Jong & Garfield laughed, but then Pikachu came from behind and hit a Lightning Bolt on Jong & Garfield. Courage quickly got in the ring and hit a Choke bone on both and pinned Jong for the win. As they celebrated, Tony, Jabba, Clemens, & Bonds come out. They are about to attack when Odie & Skittles mini come out making it four-on four. It starts a huge brawl. Jong & Garfield escape. But as they go up the ramp, they meet Kool aid Guy who gives them both Kool Aid Bottoms. Back in the ring, Odie hits a Hind Leg Drop, Skittles Mini hits a Top Rope Hurricanranna, Pikachu hits a Lightning Bolt, & Courage hits a Choke Bone. After the match, Courage & Pikachu shake hands, but Courage turns it into a Choke Bone. He got a mic and said. “Nothing personal, Pikachu, but I have to do what I have to do to become ECW Champ. Plus I’ll always be an EFW star, unlike you who takes the first chance to go to Fantasy WWE. And Tony, I think I just showed you that I am a force to reckon with.” They left s all their enemies were layed out.
