I just bought a 1994 K2500 w/ 5.7. The engine runs fine when cold but as it warms up it starts to "surge" at idle and when you come to a stop it acts like it wants to stall then it grabs. If you sit at a light for more than a few moments it will start to idle lower and lower until it stalls. I have replaced the TPS , tuned it up , replaced fuel filter, and cleaned out the EGR. I have no codes or lights. BUT If I unplug the MAP sensor the idle is fine but it still feels like it looses power if you are going down the road and try to hold a steady pedal. I feels almost like it is running out of gas. Weak fuel pump? weak pressure reg? I drove this truck home 110 miles with no problems. I put a new exhaust on it and the problems started. O2 sensor? I have a 92 truck with 5.7 that runs great that I have been swapping parts to see if I can find the problem. swapped MAP, Idle control, temp sensor. all dont help the 94 and dont effect the 92.
BAFFLED & FRUSTRATED. PLEASE HELP

About a week ago, I met a gorgeous, articulate man. When we talked, it really was talking to a soul mate. I've never felt so understood....so connected. He's a retired SEAL. The real hero type. And, as charismatic as the day is long.

Problem was....he was married and had children. I've never felt so tempted in my whole life. I really want this man. But, I can't do that to those kids....to his wife...a woman who has never done me any wrong,

I hurt already. He really was so perfect for me. I can't imagine what it would have done to me to really become involved with him.

Tell me my decision to not "go there" was right. Tell my I'm not an overly naive 40 yr. old.

I find it extremely saddening that you can not see the sanctity and beauty of the world in which you live. Is it not better to focus on living well in this world, and improving the lives of those around you, than focusing on this eschatological outlook? There are many problems that are not being addressed, such as the threat of global warming.

I believe that these are only the last days if Christians succeed in making them so. You are so focused on the next that this world is neglected. There are things that need to be done NOW in order to preserve this world. If you are wrong (and there is always that possibility no matter how sure you feel) then your children and grandchildren will be the ones who will suffer.

To me, it seems that your sentiment is that: "It doesn't matter what happens to this world as I'm going to heaven", or: "The quicker this world is destroyed then the quicker judgement day will come and I'll have my perfect life". These sentiments do not reflect well on you.

I am 17 and suffered with depression, suicide and self harm for 4 years I went to a phychatrist who perscribed me fluoxide, but I gave up on them after a week and a bit ... now I feel tired all the time and have to nap during the day which interupts my sleep at night . I feel down all the time I have no job and all my interviews dont seem to end up any where I want to start taking them again but carnt be bothered , I feel im 17 and should be normal I have no friends apart from my partner and no job & no life + I aborted a baby I loved so much due to peer pressure and carnt live with my self, I thought the anti depressants would help but they havnt I know I should give them time but is it really worth it if they do this if I stop taking them, I am more down taking them as I feel like a nutter with x amount of problems rather than a young 17 year old whos going out with her mates and enjoying life????

My betta is in a 5 gallon tank. He was in a smaller bowl before, and I didnt want the transition from his bowl water, to a tank with clean water to be too rough, so I put about half of his "dirty" water in the new tank. It was clear in his bowl, but its cloudy in the tank, is it just settling? or should I empty the tank half way and add all new water?

I feed him those betta pellets from the pet store. He gets fed twice a day. about how many pellets should he get? I give him about 5 or 6 each time. I dont want to over feed him but I dont want to underfeed him either. If he eats them fast, I add a couple more. Is that okay?

His tank is on my dresser and theres a big mirror behind it. I know they hate other bettas so will seeing the betta in the mirror constantly, drive him nuts? Should I put something behind his tank so he cant see the mirror?

finally, the tank has a light. should I use it during the day, or will it annoy him? I dont want to freak him out.

I am angry. I am new in this town. I spend more time in my car than in my office trying to connect to a place. How can i beat this 'traffic jam' as they call it? I am sick and tired of sitting in my car for many hours on end waiting to connect to a place of business. If not for GSM I will loose most of my customers. What do I do? My private dentist charged me £535 for root canal treatment a month ago, so I have now manager to get in with my mums dentist on the NHS. I went for a a check up today where the dentist took x-rays and told me that the root canal treatment done by the other dentist had not been done sufficiently and I need it doing again. Is there anyone I can ring to find out if I can get money back from the private dentist?? Thanks people x

One day, at a bus stop there was a girl who was wearing a skintight miniskirt. When the bus arrived and it was her turn to get on, she realized that her skirt was so tight she couldn't get her foot high enough to reach to step.
Thinking it would give her enough slack to raise her leg, she reached back and unzipped her skirt a little. She still could not reach the step. Embarrassed, she reached back once again to unzip it a little more. Still, she couldn't reach the step.

So, with her skirt zipper halfway down, she reached back and unzipped her skirt all the way. Thinking that she could get on the step now, she lifted up her leg only to realize that she still couldn't reach the step.

So, seeing how embarrassed the girl was, the man standing behind her put his hands around her waist and lifted her up on to the first step of the bus. The girl turned around furiously and said, "How dare you touch my body that way, I don't even know you!"

Shocked, the man says, "Well, ma'am, after you reached around and unzipped my fly three times, I kinda figured that we were friends."

because her carotid artery is clogged and they don't want to roto rooter her or put a stent in because she's 90. She thinks she won't make it out of the hospital. Other than that, she's in good health. Any info would be greatly appeciated here.
