I am angry. I am new in this town. I spend more time in my car than in my office trying to connect to a place. How can i beat this 'traffic jam' as they call it? I am sick and tired of sitting in my car for many hours on end waiting to connect to a place of business. If not for GSM I will loose most of my customers. What do I do? Or rather how can we advice government to deal with this township monster? I prefer to be in my village sometimes where movement is as you want. Help me out. . .

Changing your morning or evening departure time looks promising. The best bet appears to be moving your schedule out a half-hour to 8:30AM and 6:00PM, bringing significant savings (about 7.5 minutes of commute time per day) without getting too far from normal business hours. Spread out over 50 work weeks, that results in a total savings of over 30 hours a year - the equivalent of about a 38% boost to my existing 80 hours of vacation.

Use the same when you have to drive from one place to another.
