Alright, so I was recovering from anorexia, and then I got into the nasty habit of bulimia. My bulimia hasnt lasted that long, maybe 2 1/12 weeks. But Ive been binging like crazy and then taking tons of laxitives. Ive put on maybe 4-7lbs I havent weighed myself,, cuz im scared, and I just want to lose some weight and get more toned. So for breakfast I was planning on eating 1 package of weight control oatmeal for breakfast (160 cals) and for lunch, tomatoe, cucumber and apple salad, and for dinner, something different everyday, but along the lines of some steamed veggies and fish, or a salad, or soup or something. Im alsp planning on drinking lots of water(also, does water actually make you lose weight, cuz i dont like to drink it because i get bloated) i will be doin 15-20 minuted 5 days a week on the elliptical. note, its hard for me to at even this much because i am recovering from anorexia
