Alright, so I was recovering from anorexia, and then I got into the nasty habit of bulimia. My bulimia hasnt lasted that long, maybe 2 1/12 weeks. But Ive been binging like crazy and then taking tons of laxitives. Ive put on maybe 4-7lbs I havent weighed myself,, cuz im scared, and I just want to lose some weight and get more toned. So for breakfast I was planning on eating 1 package of weight control oatmeal for breakfast (160 cals) and for lunch, tomatoe, cucumber and apple salad, and for dinner, something different everyday, but along the lines of some steamed veggies and fish, or a salad, or soup or something. Im alsp planning on drinking lots of water(also, does water actually make you lose weight, cuz i dont like to drink it because i get bloated) i will be doin 15-20 minuted 5 days a week on the elliptical. note, its hard for me to at even this much because i am recovering from anorexia

I think you should eat more, and eat more protein. By starving yourself you make your body slow down to conserve energy...if you eat many smaller meals a day you keep your engine running.

Also, rather than 5 days at 20 mins, try 3 days at 40-45 mins, and add some anaerobic strength training to add muscles..muscles are what burn calories.

Sure water makes you lose weight, if you drink ice water your body uses energy to warm the water to process it...but this is very marginal, like 7-8 cals per hour, so virtually worthless.

Losing weight can't be accomplished by doing drastic
things. If that was so you would have to live a drastic
type of life to be at the correct weight your entire life .
What you need to do is stick to about 1200 calories a day.
Eat good foods, no junk and you don't have to drown your
self drinking water, do everything with moderation. Eat a very low carb diet. Eat fresh veggies when you can. You may say
you don't like them, but it's better than what you have been
doing. The results will be not just a slimmer you, but a much
healthier you. Good luck.

water its self does not make you lose weight,we are just advised to drink water because fluid fills us up makeing you intake less food.but as you are recovering from anorexia im guessing ur stomach is gonna b very small so you will not be eating much as you are goin to feel very full
