U must download Adobe's Shockwave player .It plays all *.swf files. SWF stands for Shockwave Flash file. All *.swf files are open in Microsoft's Internet Explorer6 or higher.

Shock Wave Flash - Basically you can open with any web browser, just right click open with, you can also insall a stand alone flash viewer, abit pointless most of the time though.

like all different individuals mentioned that's a flash document. you are able to open it with a flash participant or maybe merely use your internet browser to open the document. yet you need to have flash put in and as much as date. attempt beginning it with internet explorer or firefox or in spite of internet browser you're employing to view this website.

adobe flash. or you could try opening it in a web browser that has a flash plug in, i'm not sure if that will work but its worth a try.
