My bf is fighting to see his 3 yr old son. he's been paying the mother child support the entire time and he had to go to supervised visits (for some reason, we still don't know why!) but my bf complied with what the court told him to do, he went to the 3 ordered visits and proved to the friend of the court that he is not an unfit parent. now, he talked to the caseworker this afternoon who told him that he could pick his son up on sunday for the first scheduled visit that has been ordered by the court. the court made the schedule because the mother wouldn't agree with my bf on any set times. after calling the caseworker to comfirm that we could go pick him up he called the mother who told him that he couldn't come pick him up on sunday, she said that he still had to wait another week although the caseworker just told him that it was this sunday. i know that if she refuses she will be in trouble with the court, but does he need anykind of written form that says he can get him?

i seen someone else talkin about this in another abscessed tooth question but i was curious if this is true or not, has anyone actually tried it and it worked? So, my body was as white as it vould be, now it's as red as it can be ( TRUST ME, USING THE ******* SUNSCREEN). Anyway, I noticed on my right shoulder, a kindof whitish, very small clump ( not a lump, it has no elevation)

Does this mean that he wants to get married?Should I be carefull?
I'm torn. I have been dating this man for about two months now.Lately he has been telling me that he wants me to go to Arizona in November to meet his family,friends,everyone.H... and I live here in California and he wants to move to New York with him next year.He asked me last weekend if I can have children.I'm a little hesitant because he has a really BADDD temper.He got mad at me and punched the wall.We went on an outing to the park. I told him that I needed to go to the bathroom.When I got back from the bathroom he showed me his camera.He had followed me and took pictures of me as I went to the bathroom aal the way until I went inside.I remember stopping to talk to a lady about her dog,he took pictures of that too.Am I jumping to conclusions or should I be carefull?

In this dream a great tall man came to me, he wore a long black coat and a hat like the Pilgrims used to wear...he told me not to worry about what the Bible said, that it was not important, that what was important was understanding God in a personal way, having an experience with God and communing with Him...that a book of rules and regulations wasn't important...not to argue and fight about it...but open up and hear God at the Source...this tall man said I would be hearing from him later and to be listening for him...so...what do you think???

This guy, J, and I have been together since I started college. He has a daughter but we have no children together. We have had turmoil on his and my behalf, but we are trying to work through it. The trust is gone!!! I have a BS in Civil Engineering and he is an entrepreneur. We live well! But, I find myself fantasizing about other men Sexually... I love him, but I am not in love with him. Even with all of the turmoil we have been through I am willing to go forth and marry him like yesterday. He is not. He wants to wait!! Because he takes care of home I don’t want to leave. I have been threatening by saying "I'm leaving!" The first few times he really changed, but now all he says is that "I can't make you wait." Basically, I am confused....

Okay here is the deal. I want to sell my car. It is worth more than what I owe on it. So, I can profit off of it (good down payment on newer car) and pay it off. Is it legal to say "You will get the title after I take your money and pay the car off."? And how can I do this without soundng mistrusting? Just tell them I am selling it for what I owe on it? I will write up (or print off) a bill of sale for it, but how can I put that in there about the title? I know there are millions of people that do this to avoid losing their vehicles, etc. So many questions, I know but I want to make sure this is clear, easily understood, and legal. I am currently unemployed and I am thinking about becoming a bartender. I have no experience and I have never even been behind a real bar. I read a book on bartending and I am really excited about this career. Can you work full time ? How much money can you make first part time and then full time ? What are the hours like ? How do you get your first job ? Is bartending school a good way to learn ? What are the key attributes of a successful bartender ? Is it a something you can do forever ?
