My girlfriends 17 year old sister is pregnant and is saying I am the father. We made love a few times but I always wore protection. How do I get out of this mess, and dont say have tests done. She has already said she is willing to have same. She is still at university. Help Please.

my daughter who is 3 years old has been prescribed flucloxacillin ( antibiotic) it is vile smelling and vile tasting, any good advice from mums and dads out there how to get her to take it would be greatly appreciated... she spat out the first spoonful and was nearly sick, i have tried disguising it in juice etc but to be honest with you i dont think anything could disguise the awful taste, i really need to get this down her somehow!!!!!!!!! by the way i have looked on the internet and read that there is a banana flavoured one but i cant understand why the doc didnt give her that????????

As the rest of the boys joined in the howls of disgust, Romney coolly pulled off the highway and into a service station. There, he borrowed a hose, washed down Seamus and the car, then hopped back onto the highway. It was a tiny preview of a trait he would grow famous for in business: emotion-free crisis management.

I got the divorce petition ready myself last week and he picked it up off the porch last Thursday. I asked him to file and pay for the entire thing since he is the one who cheated and left. I called the courts this afternoon to see if the *** has filed yet. They have no record of it being filed. So I am re-doing the papers and filing it myself on Monday. There are no attorneys, assets, or children involved. I need closure and I am not taking a cheating husband back. I need to move on with my life. My question: If he was so excited when I told him I had the papers ready to be picked up then why hasn't he gone down and filed? Time? Money? or him being a lazy loser?

I know when a woman is prone to miscarriages and then falls pregnant, a doctor might prescribe progesterone to prevent it from happening again.

Would a quality brand progesterone cream work the same way? Im kinda paranoid after miscarrying before that it will happen again. I was thinking that after ovulation I would try applying the cream but was wondering if it was worth the price of the tube?

Here is my issue:

I live in an apartment community in Columbus, Ohio. There are two parking garages and additional private street parking. Residents are required to park in one of the three areas (garage 1, 2, or street) or they will be towed. There are also visitor spots in each garage (entire top floor) and on the street; all are marking with "Visitor" on them. I was towed for parking in a visitor spot in my garage because all resident parking was full. The apartment mgmt GM states that they cannot give assigned parking out of fear that there will not be enough spaces - they gave out more resident passes than open resident spaces - and residents are not allowed to use Visitors parking as overflow.

The community advertised "private garage parking with opener". The opener doesnt work, and I cannot see why it would be private if visitors can park there. Instead of being towed and paying $100 each time, can i cite them for breach of contract to get out of my lease legally?
