Taiwan owns China Airlines.

China Airlines: Registered in Taiwan, currently the largest airline in Taiwan.
Air China: Registered in Beijing. A totally different company from China Airlines.

There are alot of understandable confusion with regards to this.
China Airlines is from Taiwan.
Air China is from China.

I believe China Airlines would be owned by China Airlines... the company.
Countries don't own airlines.
