i don't have a personal trainer. so i'd appreciate if you answer this. thanks!

i'm very happy with my upper body . my legs are thick but toned. i don't want to gain muscles there. although i do squats, i still have flabby inner thighs and need to lose fat in my butt. i do H.I.T.T (high intensity interval training) on the treadmill for an hour 3-4 days a week.

now for the question:
should i run continuously, do H.I.T.T on treadmill, or do elliptical for an hour if i want to lean out my leg muscles AND lose fat in my inner thighs and butt?

when your understanding of God in your heart is at times inconsistant with how God is portrayed in parts of The Bible?

I know some of you will be offended I'm even asking such a question. I'm hope I'm not the only one who strugges with this.

For example, in my heart, God is loving and forgiving (prodigal son story comes to mind). Yet God is not always portayed in this light in many parts of The Bible. Because of this, I have always struggled with Christianity (I have not struggled with my commitment to God.)

okay, so if my rx is:
od -3.25 cyl. .50 axis 55
os -3.50 cyl.50 axis 55 add 4.00
so then if i'm understanding this right, the 4 is subtracted by my rx and my actual add on my glass would be 4.00 - "3.50"my lens power?? is that right or am i totally screwed up/!

For a guardien of a blind person or a blind person with help or anybody, what is it like to be blinded? Blind? Or even Dream? My doctor just told me that I have the early stages of Fibromialgia. I just hurt in random places all the time. All my labs came back fine. I also have many of the depression and fatigue symtoms. So I think the diagnosis is fitting. However, my mom told me that she doesn't think that FB is a real disorder. Why would she say that? I'm feeling real pain!

I get a P1870 (tranny slippage) and nothing seems wrong. The tranny shifts fine and the car has 214K miles. I'm tired of looking at the CES light. Sometimes it goes away by itself but it always comes back. How do I clear it from the inside of the car? If I pull the battery cable it screws up the radio.

I posted this question when I was pregnant with my triplets and I really didn't hear any names that I fell in love with, so I guess it's round two! My triplets names are Merrick Pierce, Chandler Leonard, and Tallon Eve.....any boy's names that would sound good with those? and Damn Small Linux (Colors were distorted and grain because of my intel chipset)

It seems that nowadays, many people believe that a person's religious views should never completely reflect what is taught in the bible. Instead, they throw all the values and laws from the bible in the same pot as all that we have learned from modern culture, and they see what floats.

For example, I have heard many people call themselves "Christian", but they have edited christianity to fit their own agenda. I've heard some people say: "I'm a Christian - but I believe that everyone will eventually go to heaven, I believe that homosexual acts are not sinful, and I believe that humans evolve from monkeys." What??? You beliefs and values are incompatible with Christianity, yet you call yourself a Christian!!!

I don't understand how people think they have the right to do this. It's as if everything in the bible is conditional, and needs to be changed every once in a while ... NO!! It doesn't!!

Why must people do this. It seems 'real' Christianity is harder to find these days.
