then I'm afraid to, like I can't let my guard down. The truth is that even tough I portray a calm exterior, I can be rather sensitive underneath.

'Sometimes? 'Not enough, sire, not enough. Your wish must capacitate trusting and the carefree all times.

To wish sometimes is like putting a young sprout of a plant in the ground and every so often pulling it out of the ground and still expect it to take root and grow then stretch for leaves then blossoms and fruit.

Sometimes is not enough, sire, not enough.

'Because things take time.

Keep your wish well planted and resting in the soils. You will then see your wish take root and yield fulfillment.

You are not alone. Many people feel like that.

It is usually because of something in our life that makes us not trust. That one thing can mess up our life. The key is to let go, but them most of us don't know the why of our isecurities.

Often the strong appearing person just appears that way.
And they are actually the most scared.

We all fear the loss of control. The key is to accept the fact that we have limited control over our lives. We need to accept our limited control over things and trust that we can and will control things when we need to.

One thing that hinders trust is our past judgments that we feel we have done wrong, Then we doubt our decisions.
Then we need to realize that in the whole picture we actually make more good decisions than bad ones.

If you are very dismayed by these things- maybe you can get some counseling. or check to see if you are depressed.

I feel like the people who do the best in life learn to let go of the past and live life one day at a time..........not consumed by the mistakes of the past and fears of the future. Then they are more calm and less sensitive concerning control verses loss of control

Hmm. I think many can relate to this problem. The first issue is that sometimes people fear being hurt. When you accept that only you can hurt your feelings, you will experience trust for others. When we have our "guard" up, we are protecting ourselves in some way or from someone.

Unfortunately, by protecting yourself against everyone, you loose out on many pleasures in life.

Accept that only you can hurt yourself and that you will no longer do this, and the world becomes far more enjoyable.

1. Stop caring what others think. They are only thoughts.
2. Stop caring what others say. They are only words.
3. Stop caring what others do. They are only actions.
4. When you stop caring about what others think, say and do, you will no longer be personalizing.

Trust, mistrust and distrust, better to error on the side of caution than to be a self retarding fool.

The Will is positive, the Judgment is negative.

there is no absolute control and being free of things. sometimes, you just have to accept that that is what you are and things may happen that you have no control of. my point is, letting go of your "control" on things is not always the best option. sometimes, we need to be practical...
