I invested my savings of $40 in the bank for a year.

The bank offered to pay me interest of 8.5% at the end of the year. How much total money did I receive back from the Bank at the end of the year?

They keep making senteces longer and longer

They can keep sentences short but make jail suck more

In Japan if you go to prison you get 3 Tea drinks and 1 cup of rice a day. 22 hour a day locked in. No TV no movie night. No phone calls. I think 3 showers a week. They do allow visits once a week.

They make jail suck so bad that people don't want to go there.

Also their is no translators for anything. They are provided but they are NOT obligated to provide one.

But they have a lower crime rate, and even lower reoffender rate.

They save the tax dollars by making the lenth of sentences shorter but having the jails suck so bad.

Thoughts.......

well it has to be, because Kate said:

"I never worried someone would watch us, break in and then take our daughter away. Why would I?"

So if she never thought someone would break in and steal something valuable, then they must have left their house unlocked right? Because we all know that if it came down to our valuables getting stolen or our children, well its a pretty easy answer isnt it?

So given that she couldnt imagine someone walking into their place and stealing a child, then they obviously mustnt believe someone would come in and steal their valuables, in their house in Rothley.

But Im guessing it is locked. So if it is, why is it more important for the parents to lock a house which contains say a TV and a couch ........ but not important to lock a place that has say 3 children in it?

Cmon Kate, you said it yourself you could never see someone breaking in and taking something of yours, so why lock your house at all then? Unless of course you are out and out lying ....

for the democrat's that is. As for the Republicans it would likely be an easy win all the way around
WASHINGTON - Looking past the presidential nomination fight, Democratic leaders quietly fret that Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton at the top of their 2008 ticket could hurt candidates at the bottom.

Here's yet another of my hypothetical questions.

Imagine this scenario.
FIFA made a law that ALL clubs had to have a set amount of match-day stewards and if they didn't comply to the rules, the consequence would mean your club would face expulsion from the league.
( Unfortunately.......you find your club were finding it difficult to recruit enough stewards).

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The job was well paid for your services, but it meant standing with your back to the on going match AND you had to keep an eye on the crowd at all times. !!!! ( Obviously meaning you cannot watch the match).

The question is simply: Would you take the job on for the good (and survival) of the club ??? or would you sit back praying for an Eleventh hour candidate to take the job ???

First off I'm a Christian myself, and I just have a question to ask. Would you stay faithful to God if you had a traumatic event happen to you. For example a non christian family member died, how would you react and what would you do. Would you still stay faithful to God? This is something I always think about, because my father is not a Christian, and he's been smoking for 30 years. If he happend to die, I really don't know how I would react. I don't know how I would keep my faith if an event like that happend. It's just been something thats been on my mind. Also I do whatever I can to tell my dad about christianity, I don't force it upon him. But I do tell him about God all the time, and he's been going to my church for two birthdays straight. All I can do is hope that he see's something in me, and decides to change, I can't force it upon him.

I've read many answers on this situation and have came up to this question. This is my situation,

I got in trouble with the law, DUI and a few other lesser charges. I told the recruiter up front about these and I got waivers for these at MEPS.

What I didn't tell anyone was that I was in the hospital 2 years ago for drugs, which wasn't paid by me, it was paid by the hospital or access (not sure). Before that I was prescribed some anti-depressants and talked to a Phychologist, which was paid by access.

Now my question, how easy will they find out about these things if I enlist. Would these things only be found if I went for a job that required security clearance, or will it be found out anyway without clearance.

What level of clearance do they start checking medical background (or when do they check it). If it's top secret and not secret, I should be good because I have no other criminal records, just medical.

Please help, I turned my life around and want to better it
