how do u ring the bell in the transverse town

Go to the Gears Warehouse in the second district and head through. At the end climb the ladder and defeat the enemies. Use the red trinity and break the boxes. You'll see a rope. You'll need to ring it 3 times.

go through the gizmo shop, out the other door, up the ladder, and beat your way thru the crates to get to the bell ringer-- ring three times and be ready to battle

you have to go through the gizmo shop, it looks kinda like a church on the outside and is near the dalmation house.
