before you workout... ??

I sprained my ankle today, I had a running race with a speeding train. I almost won... till the ankle gave out..

Ouch that's got to hurt! yeah you should warm up & do stretchy warm ups

I don't like to warm up because I want to just get on with a game, but then I know that it will pay off, so I force myself to.

I stretch like crazy because I've had cramps before and it wasn't worth it. A few stretches and warm ups are much better than weeks of cramps!

Not only do I like to. We all need to warm up before we workout. That is the right thing to do.

It's not if u like it or don't like, you hafta do it... you can get very hurt if you don't. I once ended up hardly being able to walk 4 a couple months because I hurt my back not warming up properly. So it is a must

I hate it when the trains win! Even worse is when you're challenging a turtle and they manage to leave you in the dust.

no i don't like to . but I will tomorrow. I hate it when I hurt myself and it could have been prevented.
