I believe that equality says to people "You're no better nor no worse than this other person." So if two people are treated equally, then you're right in line with everyone else. However, it's impossible for everyone to treat everyone else equally, for the simple fact that we're all different as you mentioned. We just have to keep these things in context and understand that no one will ever be able to be treated equally.

im not sure about that, i want to be treated the way i humbly deserve.

i think the equality youre referring to is something general on its sense, equality on race, human rights, and social acceptance.

the two dont go hand in hand like that we can all treat each other like humans right in that sense we are all the same

The rights people have are given by birth.Nobody have to get her/his rights.If you're talking about personal life,then all of us are same since we envy.
