How about a little ring for the young lady ?
She will proudly flaunt it all the time, and tell everyone from whom, plus why and where she got it as a gift !

My four year old was just a flower girl in a wedding and she was given some great things that you could use for ideas. At the rehearsal dinner she was given a bag full of "busy" things. Such as, Disney princess washable crayons and book, puzzle, video game, magnets. Just goodies to keep her busy. She was also given a swarovski crystal bracelet that matched the jewelry of the bridesmaids. She thought this was so special. Her very special gift was a build a bear bear that was dressed as a bride or little flower girl and it was programmed with a personal message that she can have for a long time telling her how important she is to the couple and Thank you for being their flower girl. She has carried this many places already. Good luck!!

If you have a BuildaBear Workshop nearby, that would be nice. You could let her choose a frilly flower girl outfit for her bear and take her out to eat or something afterward.
Or maybe you could give her a stuffed animal holding a Toys R Us gift card...or any other store like Walmart, Target, etc.
You could probably find a personalized jewelry box with a dancing ballerina or a really pretty snowglobe if you'd like to give her something that is more of a keepsake.
Little girls are sooooo much easier to buy for than boys - you shouldn't be having a problem at all. lol

My flower girl is 4 years old and thinks she is a princess. She won't really appreciate engraved jewelery and things being so young. I got her a frilly princess tank top from the Disney Store, a plastic feather fan, and a furry little shawl to wear. She will be quite the little princess and I know she will enjoy the gifts. I didn't go for the "norm" in my bridal party gifts. Find out what the little girl loves from her mom and base the gift on that. HTH! :)

How young? My daughter was a flower girl. One day her and the bride went and had manicures and there hair done. Then after they went to Claires where they picked out little jewelry. The day was ended with a trip to the ice cream store. During the day they also did errands for the wedding. My daughter was 7 at the time and it really made her feel like part of the wedding party.

it really depends on the age
if she's too young any jewelry should be costume so if it's lost or broken you aren't loosing money
i suggest a build a bear... take her with you and have her pick all the clothing and style out etc...
maybe get her some princess or dress up things from your local store.. disney, target, walmart...
or even send her a lil basket of flowers to her home
i bet that would get her all happy and excited
or treat her to her fave meal at a resturant.
friendly, diner, sit down, fast food, then get dessert after

I was a bridesmaid when I was five for my Uncle and Aunt and at the end of the wedding they gave me an ornament of a cat which I thought was amazing! So if you could find out what her favourite animal is or something and get her an ornament? Or maybe a flower fairies ornament? That way she can't outgrow it!

I got my FG a charm bracelet with a heart charm. Now I am set for birthday & Xmas gifts for the rest of her life!
I got it in gold so she would still be happy to wear it when she gets older.
I still have the charm bracelet I got when I was FG for my Aunt when I was 9. I wear it when I go out to special things. It has so many charms now that it makes a lovely tinkly sound!

All girls always seem to get necklaces or rings, so why not get her a charm bracelet with a charm that is a bouquet of flowers.
No matter what you get her just remind her how proud you are of her and how beautiful she looks.
Hope this helps. " Angels On Your Pillow"
