I have been asked to go into bis with a co and they are going to supplie all the money and i supplie the know how.
What percent of the new biz should i own.
They told me to let them know how much of a percentage would i expect.

The scooter needed to be on the footpath so I could secure it to a tree. I asked the ticket warden if this was ok - and he said it was. The scooter was parked there for three months (it was a wide footpath and created no obstruction). I then recieved two tickets on two consequentive days for parking on the footpath. I didnt know about the first one until I called the call centre about the empty ticket sleeve I found on the ground beside my scooter, at which time I found I had been ticketed twice. So there are several considerations: 1. neither ticket was properly served, 2. the advice given by the traffic warden, 3. scooters are parked on the footpaath all the time in the area i live, 4. Parking offences themselves are absolute - you park illegally, there is no defense. However I wonder if there is a side action against the Council for their representive giving wrong advice (which is evidenced by the demonstrable fact they he did not enforce the rules).

I met a guy who is diagnosed bipolar (on medicine) and we hit it off really great – spent a little time together which was amazing. Then he stopped talking to me ... almost overnight. We never got to establish a relationship... which is very sad since it was exciting to both of us. He had a few crazy things happen to him and now he’s checked himself into a hospital (to get balanced, I guess). He told me this over a few short, random emails.

I think he might have been a little manic when we met (not extremely... based on the research I’ve done... but a little). So, I’m having a hard time figuring out what was real and what was not real. I miss him so I’m still hoping he’ll come around after treatment... but I fear that I’ve lost him. He’s unreachable... the only way I have to reach him is by email – which feels like a lost cause. Any advice?

My three months chihuahua always bites me and bites my other dog which is a poodle. THANKS GOD I DO NOT LET HER WITH HIM. Why does she do this and how do i stop this? i WANT her to be a calm, patient, dog friendly kind of chi. Oh and when can i take her to get trained, at what age?

Too much easy money is what led to skyrocketing house prices and the current financial troubles in the economy. And this makes me wonder if the huge loans central banks gave to private banks in the last couple of days are only going to prolong this situation and perhaps make it worse in the long run?

Private banks will hide their bad loans for a while longer and perhaps even lend some more to people who can't pay. But in the end they'll have to come clean anyway?

I have a male friend who is going through a divorce right now. He and his wife were going to use the same lawyer, but after a few rifts, she decided to get her on. She agreed on a lump sum of $60,000, alimony/child support of $1,800 a month, and the house to settle out of court. He seems to think this is fair and doesn't want to take it to court.
