Tell her that real women don't look like what you see in Playboy, and definitely aren't airbrushed. The little pink ****s you see are few and far between and are sponsored by rich old white guys to make beautiful women feel bad about not looking like celebrities.

Why would she want to? Everybody looks different and it's a beautiful thing. I don't understand why she would want to change something like that. It would not be safe to do that anyway.
Tell her every one is different. As long as she is healthy, she should not worry about it. Some women have funny shaped boobs. Guys really don't care. And if they do care? Then that is not the kind of man you want in your life.
