My son is 20 months old does not listen, he is constantly getting into things, breaking things I never thought could be broken, but worse is that whenever we go anywhere it turns into me chasing and yelling at him. If ANYONE but me says stop or sit down HE listens!!!!!! it is becoming so frustrating especially when we are out in public. I dont want to spank or scream any other good options. time out has been working for "the moment" and only that moment then he gets into something else!!!

That's what my mental health case manager told me. I was surprised. I never knew it was junk food. She said, "Girl, you know that's junk food!" But then again, it might be just her opinion. She considers it junk ONLY under the condition that the hamburger bun was WHITE & not WHEAT. Well, I don't eat wheat bread.

I asked the guy at Circuit City for the computer that can get onto Web 2.0 but I'm still not sure how to get there. I spent like $3500 on it but I don't see any difference!!

Do I need a new Internet Explorer? I saw that the new internet is 2.0 in Time magazine and I'm really excited. Is it out yet??

Here are some details on me
-I am still pretty young (21) and single
-I am healthy (as far as I know) and I would say I am in fairly good shape
- I have no criminal record and I am currently an Aux. Policemen for my hometown
-I have no history of mental illness, but I have seen counselsors briefly before for troubles in school (once in 4th grade and once in 9th). They were basically to check to see if I was okay and nothing bad came from it. Nonetheless I have had never had a mental illness or condition. Seeing counselsors in the past does not keep you from joing right?
-I do not take any medications. I have only taken one medication and that was for ance.
-I have had jaw surgery when I was 12 to fix an underbit and still have a metal plate in my jaw. Can I still join with this?
-Sometimes my right elbow clicks when I do push ups for tricep excercies (but it does not hurt as all). Can this be bad for boot camp?

Would you convert to Islam or any faith if it was required so you could be with the one you love? I mean if you loved them that much? It doesn't take much, just say a sentence infront of religious elders. You do not have to change anything about you unless you choose to. If you are serious about conversion than you can follow the steps, but I mean if it was the only way to stop from losing the one person who has always been there for you and has loved you for 10 years since highschool. I dont mean right away but say 4 years dating perhaps?

My parents say that since I don't have insurance...it's not ok for me to drive their cars by myself (even though their cars are fully insured and they themselves have insurance) are they just being overprotective and overexaggerating? Is there an ACTUAL law stating that uninsured teen drivers can't drive a car at all until they get insurance?

a poster stated that none come into authority except through god. if this is true then does that mean that god rigs the elections in countries that are supposed to be having free elections and deciding who they want to lead them. in other words is god decideing who people vote for or do we truly have free will andelect our own leaders?

If the person knew that there would be a (8 lb) dog in the house, and they take the risk of coming in.. it's their fault right? If it were on public property, or someone else's private property... it seems it'd be different.

I'm interested in hearing some tales that I may have not heard of before.

I know this doesnt go here, but I trust you guys for honest advice. My son will be 10 next month, his dad has had nothing to do with him untill may of this year. He went in for brain surgery in April. we tried and tried to get ahold of his dad, he just wanted to talk to him before surgery, we did find his number, called and his Girlfriend hung up several times on my son. so we found where she worked, and emailed, her, a few teachers and the principle, explaining the situation, and letting her know who it was she was hanging up on. well, that got there attention. she said she thought it was a prank call. well since then, neither me nor my son our aloud to call the house, we have to call his dads cell. my son went to visit last weekend and asked her if he could call me. she said no, that she didnt want me having her number. he asked why and she said that I did something very mean to her and if she wanted she could send me to jail for a very long time. this scared my son to death. READ THOUROUGHLY BEFORE ANSWERING:

I'M NOT A SATANIST OR ANYTHING!

I was simply curious.

In Chritian belief, Angels (like Lucifer) were perfect spiritual beings (but can still sin but the only sin they were capable of was Pride and Envy and nothing else).

Now, what if God let Satan overthrow him in the beginning of time?

Fast facts first:

Satan did NOT create Hell, God did.
So, if Satan would have overthrown God, Hell (together with eternal punishment) wouldn't exist.

Satan simply wanted to be equal or greater than God and that's why he wanted to sit on his throne and command everything and would care about the welfare and development of his people, like a king would.

Angels in Heaven are never evil. They can simply be prideous or envious coz that is the only sin that they can make.

At this time, since sin is not an issue because Satan is now the new god, Satan would have no reason to corrupt Adam and Eve because they would now be 'his creatures'.
