It is not up to your dad to put you on a detention facility or a foster home. It will be up to the judge, but I am sure you are going to be called for an interview and you should tell the investigator everything, and tell them that you do not want to be with your dad, and this way they might refer you to CPS (child protective services) and they will find you a home with somebody else; however, chances are they will find your father suitable to take care of you, and they will send you right back to your dad. But, just be honest with whoemever you get to talk to within the criminal justice system, whether is the judge or some probation officer.

Whatever happens; tell the Judge the TRUTH. From the sound of the way your Father IS- you might BE better off, in a Foster Home. He's asking for "trouble." :(

As they said in the television "Kung Fu" series of old "Grasshopper, it's time for you to go" !!

No case worker, social worker, or Judge will force you to go home if you don't want too!

Move on and resolve your family differences later!

Just be safe!
