i am confused on the rates for this year.
it shows different percentages for how much you you will owe, that i understand, but what does it mean when they also add ex amount of dollars on top of the percentage?


ex:
taxable income $31,850 - $77,100
(the tax is)

$4,386.25 plus 25% of the amount over 31,850


what is the extra $4,386.25 for? & how does it interfer with your income?

I know this was a couple of days ago but...

How in the FREAK is phyllis going to be so insulted when Nick said "Aren't you guilty?" She must be listening to Michael's testimony and taking it to heart! It's like she really believes she's innocent! And she kept on blackmailing them! The power went to her head and she with crazy with it. I might seem callous, but I am so happy Nick doesn't remember they're "love." It wasn't love anyway. It was sex and videogames! She was just an escape. He doesn't need that escape anymore.

i had negative collection accounts removed from my credit file. I negotiated this with my collectors, i would settle the debts with a stipulation that once they were paid, they would have the report completely deleted from my credit file. They agreed to this in writing. I checked all 3 credit reports a couple of days ago, and they kept their word!! (hooray).
So now, i have NO negative tradelines on my credit file whatsoever and i have 3 accounts in good standing (all of which have been opened for at least 3 years) as showing open/never late.
My question is how long do i have to wait until my credit score goes up? i want to get a car loan asap!

Ok im going to write what i wrote in my blog for the people who cant see it (question at the end)

I'm so scared and alone, last night i was one Y!A and i was just about to get off and i got so scared, i cant explain. Like the only light was coming from my laptop and i got so scared like someone was watching me or something big was about to happen like i was going to die. I dont know what got into me i was curled up in my corner crying, i didnt know what was happening. The only time i came close to feeling like that was about 4 days before i saw someone in their car tumble down a hill. But this time its stronger, i got so scared. I'm so afraid that im going to die or someone is going to get injured badly or anything like that! I'm afraid to get into my car, im afraid to go outside. whatever it is thats going to happen i dont want to witness it this time!!! i KNOW something bad is going to happen. Its weird i'll like go through stages or phases or whatever, like I'll be deathly afraid its going to happen then and there and then like 10 minutes later nothing happens and i get over it, then im afraid again later. I DONT CARE IF I SOUND CRAZY!!! im afraid, im alone i dont know know what to do. I dont need therapy im not depressed i dont have any mental conditions. i just dont know whats happening. I'm so afraid, i feel like something BIG is going to happen.

Last night when i was trying to fall asleep i was listening to my chemical romance songs on lime-wire and then like out of no where it started skipping around then it stopped then it played one lyrics from "sunsets over monroeville" and that lyrics said "if you're already dead" from the line that says "but would anything matter if you're already dead?" then it stopped playing completely. thats when i got real scared again . then i feel asleep

when i woke up i felt better, and i wanted to share with you guys. so if i go through my phases when im so afraid, and it talk to one of you and i sound suicidally or something i just wanted to let you know ahead of time so you guys might know what to say.

Since about 10 yrs old, I experienced lost time, always 3 hrs. I asked my MD today what was going on & he had no answer. Yesterday, I sat down on the sofa @ 12 pm. then @3:20 I woke up. I never laid down. I don't remember anything. It makes me so angry. @ 10 yrs old, I took a bike ride on our farm in the woods. Mom said be back in 15 mim for lunch. It was 11:30. When I got back home, parents were frantic. It was 2:30. I thought I was only gone for 15 min. I got punished because they couldnt' find me and kept asking where I went. I had no answer. This happens to me about 4 times a year. Any thoughts? I know it sounds bizzar, but it's the truth, I'm @ my witts end. Can't figure this out. Anyone else ever experience this? Please don't give me nasty answers, I'm really serious. Thank you

can anyone give me advice on what to do with my bank please, last 4 months ive been getting taxed on my account, is this normal? not alot, no more than £5 but why should i be taxed on my account when i get taxed enough on my wages, on my statement it come up with TAX DEDUCTED £4.83 why?
