When my creel becomes full I too have a terrible habit of throwing fish. Try providing them with a larger size or at least waders for the over flow

fill a water gun with bleach, for every fish they throw let them get sprayed on the zipper of their jeans they'll stop once the wife at home starts to ask questions

they are picking on you so force them to stop some how... get back at them, put a bunch of dead fish in there locker if they have one. Or put something nasty in there food while they are not looking :)
