There are no fat or ugly avatars. Is this discrimination against fat and ugly people? For those of us who are fat and/or ugly, would you choose an avatar that more closely resembles yourself if it were available?

Do u think cuz im on a diet it may be why im running slower than i would expect (plus my treadmill is at 1% incline). I look/feel like im in good shape bt my mile times do not reflect that on my treadmill =/

my friend, tyler, is obsessed with skateboarding. i like extreme sports too, but he truly is obsessed. he has already broken his arm falling off of a ramp. ok, this next part is dorky. another friend, me and tyler like stuff to do with ninjas, we make our own weapons, do research (and not to mention, we keep ourselves fit and healthy with ninja like exercises...) we are all fourteen. and tyler took up skateboarding, and he does crazy stuff... he is growing apart from us, and i need some ideas to help prevent that... we love videogames and tyler sold his gamecube and all his games. he now only plays rented skating games. he has pretty much traded in our group of friends for the skaters. i think it is all right for him to skate, but i don't think it is healthy for him to focus all energy towards it. one day i think he will all of a sudden get bored, and he will wish he didn't ditch us for skating, or he will get hurt (my brother did permanant damage to his shoulder skating... do i have

is it okay to buy a purse with a small amount of leater on it?

i'm vegiatarian since april 24.
and i've wanted a coach bag for years.
but now idk what to, now that i can finally afford one.
..i mean like it's not a lot and it would have it for a long time..
i don't like the fact that it's leather, but i've alwasy wanted one.

How young is too young IYO? I ask because I'm 21 and have a 6 month old I've been extremely lucky in being able to stay home and my landlord has been extremely good to us, my husband works for her husband. My husband is 32 and is a good provider I still feel like people judge me because of those two things my age and my husbands age. I feel so blessed and love being a mom honestly it was sooner than I tought but I felt ready and was extremely lucky that I got pregnant on our first try. My son has changed my life around and I never could have imagined loving someone so much. How do you feel? How old were you when you had your first child and did you plan or did it just happen? What are your thoughts on being a mother?

If the hours that I worked during the 4/29-5/12 pay period I had 40 hours the week of the 4/2h, but only worked 24 hours the week of the 5/6, since I did not work FT hours both weeks charter made the change to PT status effective 4/29 since the change had to occur at the beginning of a pay period. Why could they not have done it mid week or after the second week. Since I worked 40 hours the first week I think that I deserve the status for the week that I was FT I am not getting the benefits that charter promised me. Can someone help me through this to figure something out.

I need to tranform some vhs tapes into dvds. However, it's an entire series and the episodes in the vhs tapes are not in order. Thus, I want, while recording some episodes, to leave the dvd disc open so that I can put them in order, without needing to use lots of dvd discs in order to transform episode by episode. Is this possible? Can the dvd disc remain open and continue recording from the point you've left the previous episode? By the way, as long as durability is concerned, which are the most persistent in time; dvds or vhs tapes?

This will be my first REALLY serious interview with HR though I work now as an accountant, I got this job fast and easy for some reasons, this doesn't matter now.
