That is, what is the difference between "confident" and "arrogant/cocky" (although some women do like a guy who is "arrogant"/"cocky")...If you could provide examples of each in terms of how a guy might act each out, that would be great...

I know that sounds like a rude question, but let me explain. I have a 22 year old nephew. My sister and brother in law has kicked him out their house. After a huge arguement with my sister on why she would do such a thing, I went and picked up my nephew from the homeless shelter. He had ratty clothes on and looked just awful so I brought him home with me and gave him the spare room in the basement. We were under an agreement that he would find a job and pay his own expenses and buy his own food. Well after 2 months he has not found a job, he lays around all the time, goes out and parties every weekend, eats all our food and the basement is trashed. Now I have money and pain killers coming up missing!!!!! HELP ME

I love to write but I'm pretty young to be a "writer" (13) - how do I get there? I could post some examples of my stories...the one problem is I'm sort of shy about the whole thing, my parents don't even know that I've worked on several stories for a couple years. I don't know how exactly I got hooked into this, but since I was about 8 I feel in love with writing. If I am shy about people reading my stuff, how can I become a real writer some day if that is my path?

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A Senate bill to cut U.S. greenhouse gas emissions would raise energy prices and also reduce American economic output by more than half a trillion dollars over two decades, according to a government report released on Monday.

However, the proposal would cut into the U.S. economy and raise gasoline and other energy prices paid by consumers, according to an analysis of the legislation by the Energy Information Administration.

The legislation "increases the cost of using energy, which reduces real economic output, reduces purchasing power, and lowers aggregate demand for goods and services," the EIA said.

With companies trying to meet the shrinking emissions levels, U.S. economic output would be $533 billion lower over the 2009 to 2030 time period, the agency said.

I am an A/B student. Very responsible and I babysit, yet my mom says I can't go on dates (even chapernoed ones) until I am 16! I don't know why she doesn't trust me! to get married immidiately. After his mother died, he wanted me to be there for him, and for some reason, he thought i was gonna leave him. After I come he start saying that he is VERY scared, so gave some time, because he never really had a serious girlfriend before me, and now he wants to get married. That may be a little scarry. Now a year after, he is still not really talking about the wedding anymore, and keep saying he scared still. I am tired of giving "Some time" after all this time. Should I just leave him and get someone else, because this sitiuation hurt me a lot.

P.S.: we are together for 3 years now. Never benn in any arguments or misunderstanding before this. He is very respectful.

Okay, I am 13. I am currently 5'5 ft. Yes I had my period.
I exercrise, stretch, eat healthy, sleep well and things like that. I been taking vitamins, calcium tablets and stuff that makes your bones strong. (My doctor recommended it for me)
WILL I STILL GROW? To at least like 5'7-5'9 ft?
And what else can I do?

They have been together for 2 years and he left her to go home to mommy and daddy because they said she may not be the right girl for him.She has already bought her dress, (Big Bucks)reserved the church, etc.etc.She has been hospitalized today beacuse she is dehydrated and not eating literally dying inside.
