The Padres play in St. Louis today (Monday) and the National Weather Service has issued an excessive heat warning for most of Missouri, including St. Louis through the early evening. The heat index (combined heat and humidity) is supposed to get up to 105 to 110 degrees. That seems like dangerous conditions for a ball game. Has anyone ever heard of a Major League baseball game being called or postponed on account of excessive heat?

I have two etiquette questions:
1) We are having a buffet style dinner. Do I need to make a place card on the table to let people know what is being served?

My bf turns 25 this month, I want to do something really special for him. I have varicose veins in my inner calves. The other day one was a little red and tender but not that painful. Went to doctor anyways and he said it was phelbitis and not to worry as it is in a vein that won't throw a clot to my system or anything. Anyways, the next day there is a huge black an blue bruise-y mark that does not hurt at all unless I push on it. The knots are there but much smaller. Soooo, is it normal to have a vein "burst" like this? Does it mean the clot is just being re-absorbed now? I have no insurance and really want to avoid another 100 dollar-you're just fine trip...

is allergies something that happens at an early age? is it possible that allergies start in a person's age of early 20's?
hidden allergies, maybe? cause the person had allegies at an early age, but now, allergy symtoms show up?

When I was about 17 years old I noticed my boobs leaking a whitish substance, I told my mom and she took me to the doctor,who recommended me to an endocrinologist. the endo ran all sorts of tests..even had a head scan..mri..everything,their conclusion was that I had a tumor on my pituitary gland that was so small it wasnt noticeable in the scan and was told to come back months later to see if there was a change..i was prescribed dostinex to stop the leaking which worked.. sadly my bastard stepdad took me off his insurance so I was pretty much ******. I couldnt afford the medication for it was 350 dollars for every 8 pills.. i had to take 2ice a week. I nvr went back to the doctor because I couldnt afford it and never worked at a job long enough to get insurance so I dont know whats going on. I am now 22 years old and still with the leaking..do you think there could be anything really bad going on ? :o/ I need some advice. thank you.

i heard that if you buy a bike and put a sidecar on it, it basically improves the balance of the bike and decreases the chances of it tilting over. im guessing this would happen with ppl who dont go extremely fast on them. is that true or not?
