To believe that after you die,all you do is go into the ground&be consumed by maggots and other insects.

rather than

An eternity where there is a true and living God that cares about how you lived your life&hopes you accepted His son so you could be in Heaven with Him.

How exactly does that belief give you spirit and mind comfort and peace?

Just a couple of months ago I took him to the doc. for a wing worm. It was treated. I don't know if it fully went away but I do know,when he went to get his hair cut he got another one. Something telling me that he's getting it from the barber he goes to. I really don't know where it is coming from. He don't play with any other kids but his baby brother and he's 1. He doesn't have it. They go the same places to get their hair cut from. Could it just be something in the air? My thing is,what can I get to put in his hair to treat it,besides going back to the doc.

They kind of droop down at the ends,
[dont know if you can see it in the photos]
and they're super thin.
it makes me look like i'm frowning all the time.
and if you look closely,
my whole mouth looks a little crooked.

Which is the better brand or do you think they are pretty much the same. I have a set of Cuisinart stainless steel cookware, (the 10 pc. chefs classic series) but, I wanna know should I have gotten the Kitchenaid set? I like them both and they are both affordabley priced. I wanna do my whole kitchen with the same brand accessories. PLEASE!!! Your personal experience with either brand and why. Calphalon and All-Clad is too expensive. I just may buy a small set of the Kitchenaid too if it get even or better reviews from you guys....THANKS!!!

Why is it that some of the same people that censure Bill Clinton for his affair with Monica Lewinsky also support Rudy Giuliani, even though he also had an affair during his tenure as Mayor and later left his wife to marry his mistress.

Now I'm not talking about the perjury and obstruction charges that followed Clinton during his presidency. I'm talking about people that say Clinton is immoral because he had an affair, but they don't say the same about Giuliani.

The Tate Family

Do you know how many members of the Tate family belong to your church?

There is old man Dic-Tate who wants to run everything, while Uncle Ro-Tate tries to change everything.

There's sister Agi-Tate who stirs up plenty of trouble, with help from her husband, Irri-Tate.

Whenever new projects are suggested, Hesi-Tate and his wife, Vege-Tate, want to wait until next year.

Then there is Aunt Imi-Tate, who wants our church to be like all the others.

Devas-Tate provides the voice of doom, while Poten-Tate wants to be a big shot.

But not all members of the family are bad.

Brother Facili-Tate is quite helpful in church matters. And a delightful, happy member of the family is Miss Felici-Tate. Cousins Cogi-Tate and Medi-Tate always thinks things over and lend helpful, steady hands.

And of course there is the white sheep of the family, Ampu-Tate, who has completely cut himself off from the church.

How about it - do you know anyone in the Tate family?

Obviously these bombings were heroic acts that saved millions of lives.

Contrast Japan and the US:

When Japan defeated a nation, they enslaved, raped, and murdered not just the enemy military, but the civilian population as well, including women, children, and the elderly, in the order of millions. This was AFTER the fighting had stopped.

When the US was fighting Japan, they only destroyed the Japanese military and the infrastructure supporting Japan's military - of course Japan's civilians were completely tied up in the military. After the war was over, rather than executing the defeated Japanese by the millions, the US immediately rebuilt Japan to be more prosperous and freer than it had ever been before.

Just some observations after hearing liberals whining about how America was evil to use nuclear weapons against Japan in 1945.

I'm an 20 years old african american black girl living away from home dating a mexican guy from my college. On my vacation I wanted my parents to meet him and when they met him they spoke to me in private and said i'm no longer bring anybody in this house outside my ethnic group...Isn't that messed up or what???
