I bought my laptop bout 2 years ago and had no problems up until 2 weeks ago, admittedly i would be quite lazy and leave it on for up to 6 -7 hours a day but thought this was ok, as it would just hibernate after a while anyway

but now after pretty much 40 minutes everytime it turns itself off! it doesnt even warn me.
i've done an AVG virus scan and the same with Windows defender but they found nothing and even used 'Symanntec worm fix tool' to see if that helped, but it said my laptop was fine.

i've heard bout overheating? shall i take the back off my laptop and clean it with some 'canned oxygen?' ive managed to get a sneaky look at the fan in my computer but it doesnt look very dusty?

shall i just give in and go and to PC world and let them rip me off to fix it??

please help

If congressional Democrats seem a little hysterical these days, it just might be due to news that the surge counteroffensive in Iraq is yielding some progress.

Rush Limbaugh and other conservative pundits have made the observation in recent years that for Democrats to win, America must lose. Their point is that with a Republican in the White House, good news on the economy, the war, and just about any other major issue, is good for Republicans and bad for Democrats.

I am having a family dellima. My ex-husband and I have recently remarried. My daughter (9yo) and I lived in a house next to my mother and my grandparents. They have been very helpful through the years. I frequently expressed thanks. I did things for them to help out. I mowed everyones yard and did some weedeatting. Watched my moms dogs, checked on my grandmother when I was off ect......I sat at home and did nothing but be the best mom I could be and go to work. I have always loved my ex husband. We were young and got mixed up with drugs. That is the main reason we divorced. We have both matured, cleaned up, and work. When we got married my family told me to move out. This is my home and my daughters home for 4yrs. My mother told me the house was mine but not the land in case I went back to my ex. Now she is taking that back. My whole family tells me "You never appreciate anything we do for you". How do you show appreciation and how long are you suppose to be indebpted

he doesn't want to eat my fish i know that because he tipped the fishtank over today and my fish landed in the sink with only a little bit of water so he barely suvived, but then we got him back in the tank with water, but my cat had a perfect shot of eating myfish but he didn't, so why does he always try to get the lid of my fish's tank??

been dating a guy for a month and starting to fall for him..only thing is he doesnt believe in marriage and is not fussed about kids (to be honest i dont think he wants them). I want to get married in next few years with kids following later. my dilema is hes the first decent guy ive dated that i can see myself being with long term but do i take the chance on him and hope he will change his views (as he may just not ahve been with the right girl to feel he wants to commit in those ways) or not even go there and call it off now before i fall too deep. has anyone else been in similar situation. i know u cant change a person but wot about mould them abit to your way of thinking?

I usually have a hard time painting trees or shrubs in a landscape. It always turned out to be very bright green or green but does not show a realistic effect of trees or shrubs. I want to paint it in a realistic or even impressionistic style. I would like to know the pallete of colors I can use. Like yellow and black will make a green. Green plus blue plus black will show a color of a pine tree. Any answer will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I used washable marker on a white board about a year ago and now it won't come off. I've tried viniger, toothpaste, water, dry erase marker, soap, lysol, nail polish remover, and rubbing alcohol and nail polish remover. Does anyone know of any other way that I haven't tried yet?

A friend a I went to the ocean near houston and for a swim, went went about 100 feet from the shore and started getting stung from what I thought must have been a jelly fish, turns out that there were hundreds of clear floating (things) that would attach themselves to us and bite or sting us. They were very small, about the size of a tick, clear, you could not see them unless you looked very close, all you could see of them were two dots that I suppose where there eyes. They had legs and stuff, I dont know if they had any claws, too small. Does anyone know what I am referring too?
