I've never been to a Taco Bell that served breakfast.

Some of them do, but they are at the sole discretion of the franchisee and it is not like it used to be when Taco Bell Corp ran the program. Now each taco bell that offers breakfast has some small watered down menu of tasteless uncreative fare.
They used to have a great breakfast menu, lots of different types of burritos and quesadillas, but it wasn't profitable for them to keep it going as a chain.
