it gets so bad she actually screams in pain at times. she is only 1 year old and i took her to the vet he said she is to young to have neck issues and told me it was muscular and it will go away, and he gave me tramadol and rimidyl for the pain. In the last two weeks she has gotten worse and the pain medicine isn't working anymore, she doesn't even want to move around when i come home or play at all... i let her rest but anytime she gets up she crys... all the tests that she will have to have done will add up to about 2000 bucks i can't afford it... what do i do???

How do I utilize the index of low glycemic foods? What combintaions work best (protein, carb, milk/dairy, etc) ? Are there comprehensive lists available? What "low glycemic foods" do I avoid? I suspect I'm a borderline diabetic and need help reducing the stress my body is subject to when I don't eat properly.

Theres a VW bus for sale in my area, and I'm very interested in buying it. its 5,500. i didnt see any rust, and didnt notice and dings. the odometer said 91k miles. I doubt thats right for a 30 year old car.

from what I've said does it sound like a good buy?
and how much do you think I could bring the seller down in price, I was hoping for around 5000.

any advice beside moving , i dont want ot break my lease ..My neighbors , older couple , husband and wife ... sit in the garage , which happend to face my house , and gets sloppy drunk ..I feel like they are watching me..They are sitting in the garage almost 16 hours out of 24...as son as i walk outside there attention is drawn to me...i can even hear them narrating what i'm doing.. I have even flexed some muscle and yelled at them a few times...my son was throwing a fit and wouldnt get out of the car ( typical toddler ) and i have heard them say if she spank's his *** he won't act like that ..I said " hey mind your own f @%#&ing bussiness , they cussed back then went inside for about 10 mins then was outside again sitting in the garage drinking again..I was talking to my aunt as she was leaving i handed her a dvd , she said that is the best white trash movie ever , we laughed..I guess the drunk neghibor thought we were talking about him , and started getting mouthy ..

My daughter had her tuberculosis shot in her arm and developed keloid which is annoyingly painful at times.
She went to see a skin specialist once and had injections twice into the keloid area and found some relief but the pain came back thereafter.
Could anyone advise what she could consider to overcome the pain or, better still, to remove the keloid.

I am planning to get a labtop that is made for gaming and watchin movies. In the last few weeks we have heard about numerous cases of parents killing their children. In the town i live in (jefferson city missouri) a father just shot his son twice and killed him for no reason. A women in the news had 4 babies who they found in/around her home, and another women left her children in a car for 15 hours, while she worked and then when they were dead put them under the kitchen sink and went to arbys. If God does exist, which i am starting to believe he does not, then why would he allow innocent children to die such horrible deaths. Why would he allow that to happen to anyone? Please dont give the answer of free will, thats a bunch of crap. God died to save us, but hes just as guilty as killing as the person who pulled the trigger. I am a emt student and the short amount of time i have spent on the ambulance so far has made me think twice about my faith. I also believe that everyone should be required to take a test before being aloud to have children?anyone agree

For celebrities to be acknowledged with some trophy, do they need some sucking up to the "you know who's" of showbiz.
For instance, daniel radcliffe seems to be granted terrible amounts of awards, although his acting seems to be debatable than his co-star Rupert grint, who seems to be a natural in Harry Potter movies yet has less nominations and awards. Im just wondering how this "AWARDS" thing goes as with all the other celebs? does anyone know?
I do feel some actors are understated..like Rupert Grint, who, for me personally is better of an actor than Radcliffe.

My parents tell me this all the time. In a nice way, trying to push me to change. People at work don't say it but i can see they feel like i'm a stupid crap because they all have conversations and i never say a word. I just keep working.

I enjoy learning things. AND doing things instead of talking and talking all the time. But society here in America doesn't accept it. It affects me and i feel like a failure because everything around me is pushing me to change but i don't like being talkative outgoing. i hate that.

Should i just commit suicide? or use a magic laser to wipe me oout...society here doesn't accept me so what the heck am i doing here.

im having trouble falling asleep. and ive had that problem ever since i was little i just CANT SLEEP once im asleep im ok its just falling asleep i have problems with. i am not an adult and dont know if its natural for someone my age has as much falling asleep as i do.( sorry im not gonna give out my age because of an IM i got from someone) whenever im at some of my freinds house they fall asleep at around 12:00 am and i fall asleep at 3:00 am the earliest and nada the latest. if you do not know what my problem is could you please tell me what you do to fall asleep? please help me ive been waiting years to find out whats wrong with me.
