Ok here is what works for me when I need to loose weight quick....No pop/Soda! Only water...excercise at least 20-30 mins everyday. Eat 1/2 the amount of food on your plate...simly cut down on the food intake. Get a good amount of FIBER into your diet each day so that the fat you do take in will exit your body quickly and efficiently....no snacking and dont eat after 8 at night. Always have a good, healthy breakfast even if your not hungary when you wake up. A good breakfast = better metabolism=faster fat breakdown! drink LOT AND LOTS OF WATER!!.....Stick with it and it will give you great results, fast! Hope it works for you. 100 sit ups a night! Get a yoga ball!!!

just eat three small but healthy meals a day. try doing curl-ups and push-ups every morning and night. each time that you do, try to do more than before. you can also get a pedometer. the goal is to be active, so walk at least 10,000 steps a day. and that's just the average for older people. for you, you should go way past that. and don't stress so much. anyway, just be as active as possible.
