Arguments from both sides would be great.
Surely to kill any animal is the same. Humans are animals, a guinea pig is an animal. Is it Ok to kill the Guinea to save a human? What makes killing a human murder but killing a guinea pig different.

As ages have gone past, religions have risen and fallen (often with their civilisations). Will there ever be no religion, or do humans have to believe in something? If there is no religion, will there be as many conflicts around the world?

I grew up being a Christian (Parents and their parents were christian), but I slowly went away from it. Now, I don't want anyone saying anything stupid, only answer if your Christian, please. Anyways.....if you are christian, can you give me some insight? I want to be Christian, but what if it's not true? I know every christian will say it is because they believe it obviously, but Im lost....anyone give me some proof so I can believe again? I mean, of ALL the religions out there, what makes this one so likely to be so?

a dinghy. I don't know much about sailing. Can anyone recommend a make of dinghy, what sort of price in sterling I should be looking at second hand. I like the look of a topper dinghy, but it looks like only one person can go on it. Could he take friend on that dinghy? What sort of things should I look out for or should I avoid when buying a dinghy. Any help gratefully received. As we are beginners, I don't want to be conned. Thanks.

They did it to my mother, so she cancelled. Then today I got a notice in the mail that mine is going from 5.9% to 15+%... are they trying to lose all of their customers? There is no way in hell I am going to pay that, so I will be cancelling my cards.

I have never missed a payment or been late. I pay more than minimum payments but I am not close to paying it off, so they are definitely earning interest from me.

I am a 36 year old male, married for 8 years and no children. I have come to a crossroads in myself and my relationship. I love my wife dearly but I am in personal termoil. I am certain now (after a lot of soul searching) that I am a woman trapped in a man's body. I have always had these feelings and I just put them in the back of my mind, hoping that they would go away. They haven't and now I don't know what to do. Should I tell her? Three weeks ago after I was told to get off my medicine I have been dreams of people with no heads or a person getting hit in the head or I am hit in the head. Something about the head leaves me wondering. I epilepsy and I had 3 seizures at work. Before I stopped taking phenobarbital I did not hardly have dreams at all. Now I have dreams everynight. Last night I dreamed my cousin hit me in the ear on my head. I used to have dreams when I was a kid that I had a headless friend. What is about these dreams about all these headless relatives, friends and me getting hit in the head.

I lost almost 2 stone two years ago by starting walking when previously I hadnt done any exercise before. (I was also going through a tough time and was anxious so Im sure that helped and supressed my appetite)

Currently I power-walk 5.5 kms every day and I dont eat a massive amount at all - probably around 1200-1500 calories each day but in the past 2 months I have put on 6 pounds and I cant shift it....

Could it be that my body has got used to the amount of exercise that I do and the amount of food that I eat and is working efficiently so thats why I cant lose those 6 pounds?

I have decided to start swimming each day too to see if that helps. Any advice please? I am not overweight for my height but if I keep putting the pounds on then I soon will be and will soon be back to where I started! (I am 5ft5 and did weigh 64 kilos... went down to 51 kilos... fluctuated around 54 for about 12 months and Im now 56.8 kilos... not that Im weight concious or anything!!! :) ) Thanks.

I saw the STRANGEST thing yesterday on my way to work. There was a dead horse in a ditch on the side of the road. It had been struck by a car. It was a really disturbing and strange thing to see first thing in the morning and I can't seem to get that image out of my head.

The Union Banking Corporation (UBC) was a banking corporation in the US which was seized, under the Trading with the Enemy Act, during World War II in October 1942. The corporation, of which Prescott Bush served as Director and Vice President, was primarily controlled by the Harriman family and was alleged to be a Nazi organization.

Adolf Hitler's financiers, the CLN family, formed UBC to manage investments in America. The US congressional report described Union Bank as an "interlocking trust" with the German Steel Trust. UBC was also involved in raising funds for Germany and illegally transferring aviation fuel technology to the Luftwaffe.

The company was established in August 1924 with George Herbert Walker as president. His son-in-law Prescott Bush was on the board of directors from 1934 to 1943 with E. Roland Harriman, H. J. Kouwenhoven, Johann G. Groeninger, Harold D. Pennington, Cornelis Lievense, Ray Morris, and E. S. James.
btw--->George Herbert Walker is GW Bush's Great grandfather, and Prescott Bush is GW's grandfather
