The direction and velocity that the earth follows its motion is defined by Newton's law of inertia.
Basically the spin of the earth continually changes and the motion of the Earth relative to the Sun also continually changes.
The Earth reverses the direction of orbital motion twice a year.
The spin of the Earth never reverses.
However there is a precession of the Earth's poles which follows a 360 degees loop.
In space direction is relative =It all depend if you are observing a top view or bottom view.

No. Not in 10 Million Years. After that, who knows.
This answer does not include consideration of the Earth being struck by a huge Asteroid. If that happens, all bets are off. Size, mass, and speed of the Asteroid strike are presently unknown and all guesses as to possible consequences are mere conjecture.

Only by the intervention of gigantic extradimensional mutant star bulldozers operated by a bunch of paranoid whackos from the planet Slurfle. Or a bl00dy great asteroid.
